Підвищення рівня кадрової складової економічної безпеки підприємства ТОВ «Токар-А»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 118 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 32 таблиці, 14 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження в роботі виступає кадрова безпека підприємства. Предметом дослідження є методичні підходи та принципи підвищення кадрової безпеки підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є узагальнення теоретичних положень, дослідження стану та обґрунтування заходів щодо підвищення кадрової безпеки підприємства. Завдання: - визначити сутність та зміст кадрової безпеки як складової економічної безпеки підприємства та дослідити теоретичні основи забезпечення кадрової безпеки підприємства; - проаналізувати ефективність використання трудових ресурсів ТОВ «ТОКАР-А»; - оцінити рівень кадрової безпеки підприємства ТОВ «ТОКАР-А»; - запропонувати й обґрунтувати заходи щодо підвищення кадрової безпеки підприємства. Методи досліджень: - кількісні: методи порівняння відносних і абсолютних величин, групування; - загальнонаукові та емпіричні методи наукових досліджень, зокрема: описовий, методи аналізу та синтезу; методи економічного та статистичного; метод графічного зображення. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) запропоновано шляхи підвищення кадрової безпеки підприємства, що включають розвиток персоналу; 2) набуло подальшого розвитку тлумачення категорії «кадрова безпека підприємства», а також теоретичне обґрунтування етапів процесу розвитку персоналу підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Рекомендовані заходи забезпечення кадрової безпеки можуть бути впроваджені в практику роботи суб’єктів господарювання.

EN : The work is presented on 118 pages of printed text, contains 32 tables, 14 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 72 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of research in the work is personnel security of the enterprise. The subject of the study is methodological approaches and principles of improving personnel security of the enterprise. The purpose of this qualification work is to generalize theoretical provisions, study the current state, and justify measures to improve personnel security of the enterprise. Tasks: – to determine the essence and content of personnel security as a component of the an enterprise’s economic security and to explore the theoretical foundations of ensuring an enterprise’s personnel security; – to analyze the efficiency of using labor resources of the LLC «TOKAR-A»; – assess the level of personnel security of the enterprise LLC «TOKAR-A»; – propose and justify measures to improve the personnel security of the enterprise. Methods of research: quantitative: methods of comparing relative and absolute values, grouping; - general scientific and empirical methods of scientific research, in particular descriptive, methods of analysis and synthesis; economic and statistical methods; method of graphic representation. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) ways to increase the personnel security of the enterprise’s proposed, including personnel development and, in particular, a professional training program for personnel, the implementation of which can contribute to increasing labor productivity; 2) acquired further development: the interpretation of the category of «personnel security of the enterprise» has been further developed, as well as the theoretical justification of the stages of the process of developing the enterprise personnel. The results of the study allowed us to determine the theoretical principles of personnel safety at the enterprise, the main methods of ensuring personnel safety at the enterprise, which can be implemented in the practice of the LLC «TOKAR-A».
