Дослідження впливу емоційного інтелекту співробітників на соціально-психологічний клімат колективу АТ «Мотор Січ»

Abstract

Об'єктом дослідження є діяльність АТ «Мотор Січ» у сфері корпоративної соціальної відповідальності. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методологічні та науково практичні аспекти формування і реалізації стратегії корпоративної соціальної відповідальності (КСВ) на підприємстві. Методи дослідження використані у роботі, включають: методи логічного узагальнення, порівняння, аналізу й синтезу, економічного моделювання, статистичного аналізу, дедукції, а також ситуаційний і прогнозний аналіз. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у формуванні комплексного підходу до впровадження КСВ, що враховує сучасні виклики, зокрема військові дії, економічну нестабільність і глобальні екологічні проблеми. У роботі запропоновано нові підходи до розробки програм КСВ, спрямованих на підтримку місцевих громад, покращення екологічної стійкості та забезпечення репутаційного капіталу компанії.

The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of the formation and implementation of a corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy at PJSC "Obolon." The aim of this qualification work is to systematize the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for implementing an effective CSR strategy for PJSC "Obolon," considering contemporary economic, social, and environmental challenges. To achieve the set goal, the following tasks were completed: 1. The concept and essence of corporate social responsibility were researched. 2. The types of CSR and its role in shaping the corporate culture of enterprises were identified. 3. The peculiarities of CSR implementation under the conditions of Ukraine were analyzed. 4. A general characterization of the activities of PJSC "Obolon" was provided. 5. The corporate management culture and the business reputation of the company were studied. 6. The current state of CSR at PJSC "Obolon" was assessed. 7. Strategic goals for corporate social responsibility were formulated. 8. Programs and measures for implementing the CSR strategy were developed. 9. Forecasting and evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed measures were conducted. 7 The research methods used in this study include methods of logical generalization, comparison, analysis and synthesis, economic modeling, statistical analysis, deduction, as well as situational and predictive analysis. These methods ensured a comprehensive approach to assessing the current state of CSR at the enterprise and substantiating the effectiveness of the proposed strategies. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the development of a comprehensive approach to CSR implementation that takes into account modern challenges, including military actions, economic instability, and global environmental problems. The study proposes new approaches to developing CSR programs aimed at supporting local communities, improving environmental sustainability, and enhancing the company’s reputational capital. The results of the study can be used by enterprises to improve their CSR strategies.
