Особливості соціалізації підлітків із захворюванням на бронхіальну астму

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – процес соціалізації підлітків із хронічним соматичним захворюванням. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена тим, що підлітковий вік є періодом інтенсивного становлення особистості, самосвідомості та соціальних зв’язків, а успішна соціалізація в цей час визначає подальшу адаптацію людини в навчальному, професійному й міжособистісному житті. Бронхіальна астма як поширене хронічне соматичне захворювання може помітно змінювати умови повсякденного функціонування, обмежувати участь у навчальній і позанавчальній активності, спричиняти пропуски занять та підсилювати емоційне напруження. У таких умовах підвищується ризик формування тривожності, нестійкого самоставлення, появи труднощів у взаєминах з однолітками, що ускладнює процес соціалізації. Водночас у практиці шкільної психологічної служби бракує систематизованих підходів до індивідуального супроводу підлітків із бронхіальною астмою саме з позицій їх соціальної адаптації та ефективного спілкування з однолітками. Отже, дослідження психологічних особливостей соціалізації підлітків із бронхіальною астмою є актуальним як у науковому, так і в прикладному вимірі, оскільки створює підґрунтя для розробки цілеспрямованих рекомендацій з психопрофілактики та психологічної підтримки. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у роботи полягає у уточненні змісту і структури поняття соціалізації підлітків у контексті хронічного соматичного захворювання (бронхіальної астми); виявленні та описі психологічних особливостей соціалізації підлітків із бронхіальною астмою (соціальна адаптація, взаємини з однолітками, участь у шкільному житті, соціальна підтримка); емпіричному визначенні характерних труднощів соціалізації підлітків із бронхіальною астмою та їх відмінностей; обґрунтуванні напрямів психологічної підтримки.

The object of the study is the process of socialization of adolescents with chronic somatic diseases. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that adolescence is a period of intensive formation of personality, self-awareness and social ties, and successful socialization at this time determines the further adaptation of a person in educational, professional and interpersonal life. Bronchial asthma as a common chronic somatic disease can significantly change the conditions of everyday functioning, limit participation in educational and extracurricular activities, cause missed classes and increase emotional stress. In such conditions, the risk of anxiety, unstable self-esteem, and difficulties in relationships with peers increases, which complicates the process of socialization. At the same time, the practice of school psychological services lacks systematic approaches to individual support for adolescents with bronchial asthma precisely from the standpoint of their social adaptation and effective communication with peers. Therefore, the study of the psychological features of socialization of adolescents with bronchial asthma is relevant both in scientific and applied terms, since it creates a basis for the development of targeted recommendations for psychoprophylaxis and psychological support. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the work is to clarify the content and structure of the concept of socialization of adolescents in the context of a chronic somatic disease (bronchial asthma); identify and describe the psychological features of socialization of adolescents with bronchial asthma (social adaptation, relationships with peers, participation in school life, social support); empirically determine the characteristic difficulties of socialization of adolescents with bronchial asthma and their differences; substantiate the areas of psychological support.
