Психолого-організаційний супровід персоналу під час війни

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 79 сторінках друкованого тексту, 6 таблиць. Перелік посилань включає 44 джерела. Об΄єкт дослідження – є психолого-організаційний супровід персоналу під час війни. Війна в Україні спричинила значні зміни в житті людей, включаючи і сферу праці. Багато підприємств змушені були закритися або значно скоротити свою діяльність, що призвело до зростання безробіття. Ті ж підприємства, які продовжують працювати, стикаються з низкою проблем, таких як: зниження мотивації та продуктивності персоналу; зростання рівня тривожності та стресу; виникнення конфліктів та напруження в колективі; втрата кваліфікованих кадрів. В цих умовах важливо, щоб керівництво підприємств вживало заходів для підтримки своїх працівників та забезпечення їх психологічного благополуччя. Одним із методів, які можуть бути використані для досягнення цієї мети, є нематеріальне стимулювання. Ця проблема привертає увагу як представників наукової сфери, так і керівників та менеджерів з персоналу різних організацій. Керівники усвідомлюють, що вагомого значення набувають мотиваційні аспекти персоналу. Мотивація персоналу – основний засіб забезпечення оптимального використання ресурсів, мобілізації наявного кадрового потенціалу. Основна мета процесу мотивації – це отримання максимальних результатів від роботи персоналу, що дозволяє підвищити загальний стан працездатності і прибутковість діяльності підприємства. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що в ньому вперше комплексно досліджуються методи нематеріального стимулювання персоналу як складової психолого-організаційного супроводу під час війни.

EN : The work is presented on 79 pages of printed text, 6 tables. The list of references includes 44 sources. The object of the research is the psychological and organizational support of personnel during the war. The war in Ukraine caused significant changes in people's lives, including the sphere of work. Many enterprises were forced to close or significantly reduce their activities, which led to an increase in unemployment. The same enterprises that continue to work face a number of problems, such as: a decrease in motivation and productivity of personnel; increasing level of anxiety and stress; the occurrence of conflicts and tension in the team; loss of qualified personnel. In these conditions, it is important that the management of enterprises take measures to support their employees and ensure their psychological well-being. One of the methods that can be used to achieve this goal is non-material incentives. This problem attracts the attention of both representatives of the scientific field, as well as leaders and personnel managers of various organizations. Managers realize that the motivational aspects of the staff are becoming important. Staff motivation is the main means of ensuring optimal use of resources, mobilization of available personnel potential. The main goal of the motivation process is to obtain maximum results from the work of the staff, which allows to increase the general state of working capacity and the profitability of the enterprise. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that for the first time it comprehensively examines the methods of non-material stimulation of personnel as a component of psychological and organizational support during the war.
