Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 116 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 26 таблиць, 13 рисунків, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 83 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою.Об’єктом дослідження є процес організації управління фінансовоекономічною безпекою на рівні підприємства. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних і прикладних аспектів організації управління фінансово-економічною безпекою на рівні підприємства. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи магістра є розвиток теоретикометодичних й організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення організації управління фінансово-економічною безпекою на підприємствах. Методи дослідження: логічного узагальнення, дедуктивний, фінансовоекономічного та статистичного аналізу, порівняння та ін. Одержані результати: удосконалено методику інтегральної оцінки ефективності системи управління фінансово-економічною безпекою підприємства; дістало подальшого розвитку трактування поняття фінансовоекономічної безпеки підприємства; систематизовано група методів, що використовуються при оцінці рівня фінансово-економічної безпеки суб’єктів господарювання. Значення результатів кваліфікаційної роботи магістра полягає у тому, що розроблені практичні рекомендації дозволять підприємству при організації управління фінансово-економічною безпекою здійснювати заходи, що дозволять підвищити рівень кадрової, техніко-технологічної, інформаційної забезпеченості, рівень ефективності роботи з контрагентами, рівень досягнення стратегічних цілей підприємства у сфері фінансовоекономічної безпеки.

The object of the research is the process of organizing the management of financial and economic security at the enterprise level. Of practical importance is the method of integrated assessment of the effectiveness of the financial and economic security management system, the implementation of which will allow businesses to increase the efficiency of internal processes and communications with stakeholders and strengthen financial and economic security in today's volatile environment.
