Діяльність інститутів колективного інвестування в Україні

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 104 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 19 таблиць, 20 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 72 джерела, з них 10 іноземною мовою. Об’єкт дослідження  діяльність та стан системи інститутів колективного (спільного) інвестування. Предмет дослідження  сукупність теоретико-методичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із функціонуванням інститутів колективного (спільного) інвестування. Метою роботи є узагальнення, поглиблення і розвиток концептуальних засад функціонування інститутів колективного (спільного) інвестування (ІСІ). Для досягнення мети поставлено такі завдання: 1)систематизувати класифікацію ІСІ та розглянути особливості діяльності ІСІ; 2) проаналізувати стан та тенденції розвитку ІСІ та компаній з управління активами в Україні; оцінити ефективність діяльність ІСІ; 3) розробити рекомендації покращення ефективності функціонування ІСІ. Методи досліджень: діалектичний; системний, комплексний та структурно- функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, аналітичний; математичного моделювання. Наукова новизна отриманих результатів полягає в систематизації теоретичних положень щодо сутності та функціонування інститутів спільного інвестування як елемента інвестиційного ринку. Практичне значення мають розробки рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення системи управління інститутів колективного (спільного) інвестування.

EN : The work is presented on 104 pages of printed text, contains 19 tables, 20 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 72 sources, 10 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the activity and state of the system of collective (joint) investment institutions. The subject of the research is a set of theoretical and methodological foundations and applied problems related to the functioning of collective (joint) investment institutions. The aim of the work is to generalize, deepen and develop the conceptual foundations of the functioning of collective (joint) investment (CII) institutions. Tasks: 1) to systematize the classification of CII and to consider the features of CII activities; 2) analyze the state and trends in the development of CII and asset management companies in Ukraine; evaluate the effectiveness of CII; 3) to develop recommendations for improving the efficiency of CII functioning. Methods of research: dialectical; systematic, complex and structural-functional approach, quantitative analysis, analytical; mathematical modeling. The results obtained and their novelty: The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the systematization of theoretical provisions on the essence and functioning of collective investment institutions as an element of the investment market. The study is based on the analysis of legislative and regulatory acts of Ukraine, as well as on statistical and analytical data provided by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC), the Ukrainian Association of Investment Business, stock exchanges, periodicals and Internet resources. The results of the study are aimed at evaluating and improving the mechanism of functioning of collective investment institutions and can be implemented in the practice of investment funds. The results of the research can be used by managers of financial divisions of industrial enterprises investment funds to develop tactical and strategic solutions, which will allow optimizing their activities. Practical significance of the obtained results. Proposals for assessing the effectiveness of collective investment institutions and improving their activities can be implemented in its practical activities.
