Підвищення трудової мотивації працівників органів державного управління

Abstract

UA : Висновки: 1. Державні структури відіграють ключову роль у забезпеченні розвитку суспільства, правопорядку та здійсненні соціальних програм. Задача забезпечення ефективної роботи цих структур вимагає високої трудової мотивації їхніх працівників. 2. Практична значущість даної роботи полягає в можливості використання результатів дослідження для розробки та впровадження політик і заходів щодо оптимізації трудової мотивації працівників в органах державного управління України. 3. Підвищення трудової мотивації працівників органів державного управління є досяжною та обґрунтованою метою. Важливо поєднувати імпорт іноземного досвіду з урахуванням внутрішніх особливостей та потреб працівників. Це сприятиме покращенню якості державних послуг, розвитку суспільства та досягненню стратегічних цілей державного управління.

EN : Conclusions: 1. State structures play a key role in ensuring the development of society, law and order, and implementation of social programs. The task of ensuring the efficient operation of these structures requires high work motivation of their employees. 2. The practical significance of this work lies in the possibility of using the research results for the development and implementation of policies and measures to optimize the work motivation of employees in the state administration bodies of Ukraine. 3. Increasing the work motivation of employees of state administration bodies is an achievable and justified goal. It is important to combine the import of foreign experience with consideration of the internal characteristics and needs of employees. This will contribute to the improvement of the quality of public services, the development of society and the achievement of the strategic goals of public administration.
