Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 80 с., 4 рисунка, 7 таблиць, 72 джерела, 2 додатки. Мета дослідження: теоретично обґрунтувати та експериментально перевірити ефективність використання гри як засобу розвитку комунікативних навичок у дітей внутрішньо переміщених сімей. Об’єкт дослідження: процес розвитку комунікативних навичок у дітей. Предмет дослідження: ігрові засоби як інструмент розвитку комунікативних навичок дітей внутрішньо переміщених сімей. Методи дослідження: теоретичні: аналіз психолого-педагогічної літератури для з'ясування сутності ключових понять та особливостей дітей внутрішньо переміщених сімей; систематизація та узагальнення даних для розробки ігрової програми; емпіричні: спостереження, опитування батьків (анкетування), тестування дітей (методики «Закінчи речення», «Рукавички», тест тривожності Р. Теммла, соціометрія «Секрет»); педагогічний експеримент (констатувальний, формувальний та контрольний етапи); методи кількісної та якісної обробки результатів: порівняльний аналіз показників експериментальної та контрольної груп, інтерпретація отриманих даних. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у розробці та впровадженні комплексу ігрових занять, спрямованих на розвиток мовленнєвої активності, емпатії, навичок співпраці та зниження комунікативної тривожності дітей внутрішньо переміщених сімей. Запропонований комплекс може бути використаний педагогами закладів загальної середньої освіти, практичними психологами та соціальними педагогами у роботі з дітьми, які мають досвід внутрішнього переміщення.

The qualification work volume is 98 pages, 80 of them – main text. The purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the effectiveness of using games as a means of developing communication skills in children from internally displaced families. Object of the study: the process of developing communication skills in children. Subject of the study: gaming tools as a tool for developing communication skills in children from internally displaced families. The tasks of the qualification work: 1) to reveal the essence of the concept of “communication skills” and their importance for the development of a child; 2) to determine the psychological and pedagogical features of children from internally displaced families; 3) to characterize the game as an effective means of developing communication skills in childhood; 4) to determine the level of formation of communication skills in children from internally displaced families; 5) to develop and implement a set of game activities aimed at developing communication skills in children from internally displaced families and to evaluate its effectiveness. Research methods: theoretical: analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature to clarify the essence of key concepts and characteristics of children from internally displaced families; systematization and generalization of data for the development of a game program; empirical: observation, interviewing parents (questionnaire), testing children (methods “Finish the sentence”, “Gloves”, R. Temml’s anxiety test, sociometry “The Secret”); pedagogical experiment (confirmatory, formative and control stages); methods of quantitative and qualitative processing of results: comparative analysis of the indicators of the experimental and control groups, interpretation of the data obtained. The section 1 “Theoretical principles of the development of communication skills in children from internally displaced families” the concept of communication skills and their importance in the development of a child are revealed, the psychological and pedagogical features of children from internally displaced families are highlighted, and the game is considered as a means of developing communication skills in childhood. The section 2 “Experimental work on the development of communication skills in children of internally displaced families using games” the methodology and organization of the study are described, diagnostics of the level of development of communication skills in children of internally displaced families are carried out, the organization and content of game work with children of internally displaced families are described, the results of experimental work on the development of communication skills in children of internally displaced families using games are analyzed. The practical significance of the study lies in the development and implementation of a set of game activities aimed at developing speech activity, empathy, cooperation skills and reducing communicative anxiety in children from internally displaced families. The proposed set can be used by teachers of secondary education institutions, practical psychologists and social educators in working with children who have experience of internal displacement.
