Використання інноваційних технологій в соціальній роботі з девіантними підлітками

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 80 с., 3 рисунка, 10 таблиць, 57 джерел, 10 додатків. Мета дослідження полягає у визначенні ефективності застосування інноваційних технологій у соціальній роботі з підлітками, які проявляють девіантну поведінку, та розробці рекомендацій щодо впровадження сучасних методик, що сприяють корекції поведінкових порушень і розвитку соціальних компетентностей підлітків. Об’єктом дослідження є процес соціальної роботи з підлітками, які виявляють девіантну поведінку, у контексті впливу інноваційних технологій на їх соціалізацію, емоційний стан та поведінкову активність. Предметом дослідження є конкретні інноваційні технології та методики (цифрові платформи, віртуальна реальність, мобільні застосунки, інтерактивні тренінги, арт-терапевтичні та кінезіотерапевтичні підходи), які використовуються у соціальній роботі для профілактики та корекції девіантної поведінки підлітків. Практичне значення дослідження. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані соціальними працівниками, психологами, педагогами та керівниками освітніх і реабілітаційних установ для: впровадження інноваційних технологій у програми соціальної роботи з підлітками групи ризику; підвищення ефективності профілактичних та корекційних заходів щодо девіантної поведінки; розробки індивідуалізованих планів роботи з підлітками, що враховують їхні психологічні, соціальні та фізичні особливості; оптимізації навчально-виховного та реабілітаційного процесу з метою формування позитивних соціальних навичок та компетентностей підлітків.

EN : The qualification work consists of an introduction, 3 sections, findings, a list of references (57 items), 10 appendixes on 25 pages. The qualification work volume is 121 pages, 80 of them – main text. The purpose of the study is to determine the effectiveness of the use of innovative technologies in social work with adolescents who exhibit deviant behavior and to develop recommendations for the implementation of modern methods that contribute to the correction of behavioral disorders and the development of social competencies of adolescents. The object of the study is the process of social work with adolescents who exhibit deviant behavior in the context of the impact of innovative technologies on their socialization, emotional state and behavioral activity. The subject of the study is specific innovative technologies and methods (digital platforms, virtual reality, mobile applications, interactive trainings, art therapy and kinesiotherapy approaches) that are used in social work to prevent and correct deviant behavior of adolescents. The tasks of the qualification work: 1) analyze the concept of deviant behavior of adolescents, its typology and socio-psychological factors of formation; 2) investigate traditional and innovative approaches in social work with deviant adolescents; 3) characterize digital, art therapy, coaching and VR/AR technologies as means of prevention and correction of deviant behavior; 4) analyze the experience of social services and rehabilitation centers in implementing innovative methods; 5) develop and test the effectiveness of the author's methodology for social work with deviant adolescents using innovative technologies. The section 1 “Theoretical foundations of social work with deviant adolescents” the concept of deviant behavior and its typology are revealed, the socio psychological factors of deviance in adolescence are identified, traditional approaches and forms of social work with deviant adolescents are considered. The section 2 “Innovative technologies in social work with deviant adolescents” digital technologies in the prevention of deviant behavior and technologies of art therapy, kinesiotherapy, music therapy in social work with deviant adolescents are identified, coaching technologies and methods of social mentoring, mediation technologies and restorative justice are considered. The use of gaming, training and VR/AR technologies in work with at-risk adolescents. The section 3 “Practice of implementing innovative technologies in working with deviant adolescents” an analysis of the experience of social services and rehabilitation centers was conducted, a description and justification of the author's methodology for working with deviant adolescents was provided, and the results of experimental work were obtained. Practical significance of the study. The results of the study can be used by social workers, psychologists, teachers and heads of educational and rehabilitation institutions for: implementing innovative technologies in social work programs with at-risk adolescents; increasing the effectiveness of preventive and corrective measures against deviant behavior; developing individualized work plans with adolescents that take into account their psychological, social and physical characteristics; optimizing the educational and rehabilitation process in order to form positive social skills and competencies of adolescents.
