Особливості рольового репертуару сучасного фахівця з психології

З огляду на складнi умови сьогодення, у яких опинилася наша країна з моменту широкомасштабного вторгнення росiйської федерацiї (24 лютого 2022 року), яке триває донинi, цивiлiзована свiтова спiльнота опинилася перед обличчям глобальної свiтової катастрофи. Сучaсне суспільство щодня стикається з багатьма труднощами, стресовими ситуаціями та негараздами. Витримaти подібні випробування здатна лише всебiчно розвинена та зaгaртованa особистість. Тaкою складовою aдaптації в соціумі й ситуації глобальних катастроф, що забезпечить сучасному фахівцеві психології нaлежний рiвень витривалостi та життєдiяльностi, постає рольовий репертуар, який є складовою особистісної зрiлостi. Зазначенi поняття перебувають мiж собою у тiсному зв’язку та вiдiграють важливу роль у пiдготовцi фа сучасного хівця психологiї, оскiльки вивчення рольового репертуару сучасного психолога як компонента особистiсної зрiлостi надасть можливостi чинити опiр особистiсним та соцiальним катастрофам i здатне полiпшити життя як окремої людини, так i суспiльства в цiлому. Наукова новизна роботи полягає в тому, що систематизовано уявлення про сутність рольового репертуару та особистісної зрілості сучасного психолога. Розроблена розвивальна програма формування особистісної зрілості може використовуватися фахівцями-психологами, соціальними педагогами та вчителями.

Given the difficult conditions of today, in which our country has found itself since the large-scale invasion of the Russian Federation (February 24, 2022), which continues to this day, the civilized world community has found itself facing a global world catastrophe. Modern society faces many difficulties, stressful situations and misfortunes every day. Only a comprehensively developed and hardened personality is able to withstand such tests. Such a component of adaptation in society and the situation of global disasters, which will provide a modern specialist in psychology with the appropriate level of endurance and vitality, is the role repertoire, which is a component of personal maturity. The above-mentioned concepts are closely related to each other and play an important role in the training of a modern specialist in psychology, since the study of the role repertoire of a modern psychologist as a component of personal maturity will provide an opportunity to resist personal and social disasters and is able to improve the life of both an individual and society as a whole. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that the idea of the essence of the role repertoire and personal maturity of a modern psychologist has been systematized. The developed developmental program for the formation of personal maturity can be used by psychologists, social educators, and teachers.
