Організація та методика обліку та аудиту підприємства резидента ДІЯ СІТІ – ТОВ «СОФТСЕРВ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота: 141 с., 3 розділи, 27 табл., 22 рис., 8 формул, 12 додатків, 75 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – процеси організації та функціонування системи бухгалтерського обліку і аудиту фінансово-господарської діяльності підприємства-резидента Дія Сіті в умовах спеціального правового та податкового режиму. Мета роботи – узагальнення теоретичних засад та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення організації та методики бухгалтерського обліку і аудиту підприємства-резидента Дія Сіті ТОВ «СОФТСЕРВ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ» в умовах цифровізації та спеціального правового режиму. Методи дослідження – діалектичний метод пізнання та системний підхід до вивчення економічних явищ; методи теоретичного узагальнення, аналізу та синтезу; історичний метод; методи індукції та дедукції; методи порівняння, групування та зіставлення; методи формалізації та економічного моделювання; графічний та табличний методи. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в теоретико-методичному обґрунтуванні та вирішенні комплексу питань, пов’язаних з удосконаленням організації та методики бухгалтерського обліку і аудиту підприємства-резидента Дія Сіті в умовах цифровізації та спеціального правового режиму. У процесі дослідження отримано такі наукові результати, яким притаманна наукова новизна: удосконалено: – методичні підходи до обліку розрахунків за гіг-контрактами; облікової політики ІТ-підприємства в частині запровадження багаторівневої аналітики доходів (4-го рівня) для автоматизованого контролю кваліфікованого доходу; методику визначення суттєвості при плануванні аудиту на основі розрахунку «запасу міцності» показників резидента; набули подальшого розвитку: – методика складання Звіту про відповідність через систематизацію джерел даних та уточнення формул розрахунку критеріїв; документальне забезпечення аудиту через розробку комплексу робочих документів, адаптованих до вимог МСЗНВ 3000; процес алгоритмізація формування звіту з надання впевненості залежно від суттєвості виявлених викривлень. Отримані результати дослідження спрямовані на забезпечення прозорості формування показників Звіту про відповідність, мінімізацію ризиків втрати статусу резидента та підвищення якості формування звіту з надання впевненості.

The object of the study is the process of organizational and methodological support for accounting, reporting, and audit confirmation of the reliability of compliance reporting of enterprises that are residents of the Diia City special legal regime. The aim of the work is to generalize theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for improving the organization and methodology of accounting and auditing of a Diia City resident enterprise, using «SoftServe Technologies» LLC as an example. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the dialectical method of cognition and a systemic approach to the study of economic phenomena. The work uses: methods of theoretical generalization, analysis, and synthesis to reveal the essence of the regime and theoretical foundations of accounting; the historical method to identify the prerequisites for the creation of Diia City; methods of comparison and grouping for the analysis of the enterprise's activities and comparison of actual indicators with normative ones; methods of formalization and economic modeling for the development of formulas for calculating indicators, account structures, and working documents; graphical and tabular methods for the visual presentation of results. Results and significance of the work. In the process of research, scientific results were obtained that are characterized by novelty and have practical significance: improved: – methodological approaches to accounting for settlements under gig contracts; accounting policy of an IT enterprise regarding the introduction of multi-level income analytics (4th level) for automated control of qualified income; methodology for determining materiality when planning an audit based on the calculation of the @safety margin" of resident indicators. further developed: – methodology for compiling the Compliance Report through the systematization of data sources and refinement of formulas for calculating criteria; organizational and methodological support for the audit through the development of a complex of working documents adapted to the requirements of ISAE 3000; algorithmization of forming an auditor's report depending on the materiality of identified distortions. The practical significance lies in the fact that the application of the developed recommendations will ensure transparency in the formation of Compliance Report indicators, minimize the risks of losing resident status, and improve the quality of audit confirmation of information for state bodies.
