Екологія кліщів роду Demodex folliculorum міста Запоріжжя

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота містить 72 сторінки, 24 рисунків, використано 76 літературних джерел, з яких 8 – іноземною мовою. Об’єкт дослідження – кліщі роду Demodex folliculorum як ектопаразити людини в умовах міста Запоріжжя. Предметом дослідження є екологічні особливості Demodex folliculorum як ектопаразити мешканців промислового міста Запоріжжя. Методи дослідження: мікроскопічний, статистичний, епідеміологічний, геоекологічний. Мета роботи – дослідити екологічні особливості кліщів роду Demodex folliculorum в умовах промислового міста Запоріжжя. Теоретично визначено: біологічні особливості кліщів Demodex folliculorum, їхній життєвий цикл, умови існування та фактори, що впливають на їхню активність, екологічні аспекти поширення D. folliculorum у міських умовах, зокрема залежність від кліматичних, соціальних та антропогенних факторів, зв'язок між наявністю D. folliculorum та дерматологічними захворюваннями людини, методи діагностики та профілактики демодекозу. Експериментально визначено: рівень зараженості мешканців міста Запоріжжя кліщами Demodex folliculorum залежно від віку, статі та соціально-економічних факторів, вплив екологічних умов (температури, вологості, забрудненості повітря тощо) на поширеність D. folliculorum, кореляція між кількістю кліщів у зразках шкіри та клінічними проявами дерматологічних захворювань, а також ефективність різних методів профілактики та контролю.

The object of the research is mites of the genus Demodex folliculorum as ectoparasites of humans in the urban conditions of Zaporizhzhia. The subject of the study is ecological characteristics of Demodex folliculorum as an ectoparasite of residents of the industrial city of Zaporizhzhia. Research methods: microscopic, statistical, epidemiological, geoecological. The purpose of the qualification work is study the ecological characteristics of mites of the genus Demodex folliculorum in the conditions of the industrial city of Zaporizhzhia. Theoretically and experimentally determined: biological characteristics of Demodex folliculorum mites, their life cycle, habitat conditions, and factors influencing their activity; ecological aspects of D. folliculorum distribution in urban environments, particularly dependence on climatic, social, and anthropogenic factors; the relationship between the presence of D. folliculorum and human dermatological diseases; methods of diagnosis and prevention of demodicosis. It was experimentally determined: the infection rate of Demodex folliculorum among the residents of Zaporizhzhia depending on age, gender, and socio-economic factors; the impact of environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, air pollution, etc.) on the prevalence of D. folliculorum; the correlation between the number of mites in skin samples and the clinical manifestations of dermatological diseases; as well as the effectiveness of various methods for the prevention and control of demodicosis.
