Abstract

UA : Актуальність теми «Розвиток нових продуктів в умовах ресурсних обмежень» зумовлена забезпеченістю формування ефективних засад управління матеріальними активами в умовах воєнного часу та розподілу ресурсів, в умовах війни які є наслідками руйнування виробничих систем, заводів, логістики, складів та територій підприємств. Методом кваліфікаційного дослідження є розробка теоретичних пропозицій та практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення засад управління виробничими системами. Для досягнення поставленої мети було поставлено завдання представляти понятійний апарат у сфері наукового забезпечення управління виробництвом; програми економічні та суто процесні складові по управління виробництвом; дослідити сучасні підходи та проблеми управління розподільчою логістикою; провести структурний аналіз активів та здійснити оцінку показників ефективності управління підприємствами. Об’єктом дослідження є релокація виробничої системи підприємства в умовах транспортних обмежень та невизначеності.

EN : The relevance of the topic "Relocation of production in wartime conditions" is due to ensuring the formation of effective principles of material asset management in wartime conditions and the distribution of resources in wartime conditions, which are the consequences of the destruction of production systems, factories, logistics, warehouses and enterprise territories. The method of qualification research is the development of theoretical proposals and practical recommendations for improving the principles of management of production systems. To achieve the goal, the task was set to present a conceptual apparatus in the field of scientific support for production management; programs of economic and purely process components for production management; to investigate modern approaches and problems of distribution logistics management; to carry out a structural analysis of assets and to evaluate the performance indicators of enterprise management. The object of the research is the production systems of the enterprise in conditions of transport restrictions and uncertainty.
