Актуальність дослідження. Внутрішній світ особистості і її самосвідомість постійно цікавить фахівців різних галузей: філософів, психологів, соціологів. Адже, свідомість і самосвідомість – одна з центральних проблем філософії, психології і соціології. Її значення обумовлене тим, що вчення про свідомість і самосвідомість складає методологічну основу вирішення не тільки багатьох найважливіших теоретичних питань, але і практичних завдань у зв'язку з формуванням життєвої позиції особистості. Здатність до самосвідомості і самопізнання – виняткове надбання людини, яка в своїй самосвідомості усвідомлює себе як суб'єкта свідомості, спілкування і дії, стаючи в безпосереднє відношення до самого себе. Підсумковим продуктом процесу самопізнання є динамічна система уявлень особистості про саму себе, пов'язана з її оцінкою, яка визначається терміном Я-концепція. Я-концепція виявляється у людини в процесі соціальної взаємодії як неминучий і завжди унікальний продукт її психічного розвитку, як відносно стійке і в той же час схильне до внутрішніх коливань і змін психічне придбання. До того ж, вона накладає значущий відбиток на всі життєві прояви людини – з самого дитинства до глибокої старості. Періодом виникнення свідомого «Я» вважається підлітковий та ранній юнацький вік. Більшість психологів підкреслює, що саме рання юність є критичним етапом становлення самосвідомості, а її розвиток постає центральним психічним процесом перехідного віку. Наукова новизна: теоретично та емпірично обґрунтовано те, що успішність особистісного самовизначення залежить від показників осмисленості життя особистістю.

Relevance of the research. The inner world of the individual and its self-awareness are constantly of interest to specialists in various fields: philosophers, psychologists, sociologists. After all, consciousness and self-awareness are one of the central problems of philosophy, psychology and sociology. Its importance is due to the fact that the doctrine of consciousness and self-awareness constitutes the methodological basis for solving not only many of the most important theoretical issues, but also practical tasks in connection with the formation of a person's life position. The ability to self-awareness and self-knowledge is an exceptional asset of a person who, in his self-awareness, realizes himself as a subject of consciousness, communication and action, becoming in direct relation to himself. The final product of the process of self-knowledge is a dynamic system of the individual's ideas about himself, associated with his assessment, which is defined by the term self-concept. The self-concept manifests itself in a person in the process of social interaction as an inevitable and always unique product of his mental development, as a relatively stable and at the same time prone to internal fluctuations and changes mental acquisition. In addition, it leaves a significant imprint on all life manifestations of a person - from childhood to old age. The period of the emergence of the conscious "I" is considered adolescence and early youth. Most psychologists emphasize that early adolescence is a critical stage in the formation of self-consciousness, and its development becomes the central mental process of the transitional age. Scientific novelty: it is theoretically and empirically substantiated that the success of personal self-determination depends on the indicators of the meaningfulness of life for the individual.
