Механізми адаптації імпортної політики ТОВ «Ролл Гранд» до валютних ризиків міжнародної торгівлі

Abstract

UA : Об’єкт дослідження - процес управління зовнішньоекономічною діяльністю ТОВ «Ролл Гранд» у частині здійснення імпортних операцій. Предмет дослідження - організаційно-економічні відносини та механізми адаптації імпортної політики підприємства до валютних ризиків. У першому розділі розкрито сутність імпортної політики як системної сукупності управлінських рішень щодо забезпечення виробництва ресурсами та її взаємозв’язок із фінансовою стратегією підприємства. Систематизовано класифікацію валютних ризиків, визначено фактори їх виникнення в умовах воєнного стану та переходу до режиму керованої гнучкості курсу гривні. Окреслено інструментарій управління ризиками, що включає організаційні, операційні та фінансові методи, зокрема хеджування за допомогою деривативів. У другому розділі проведено аналіз фінансово-економічного стану ТОВ «Ролл Гранд». Встановлено, що частка імпорту в доході підприємства становить близько 17%, що зумовлює суттєву чутливість прибутку до девальвації гривні. За результатами стратегічного аналізу визначено пріоритетність посилення інновацій у виробництві фурнітури за одночасного розвитку імпорту автоматики з використанням механізмів мінімізації ризиків. Запропоновано комплексний механізм адаптації, що передбачає впровадження внутрішньої валютної політики, застосування валютних застережень у контрактах, вибіркове використання форвардів та розвиток природного хеджування за рахунок експортної виручки. Розрахунки підтвердили, що впровадження цих заходів дозволяє суттєво зменшити потенційні втрати від курсових коливань та забезпечити позитивний економічний ефект.

EN : The object of the study is the process of managing foreign economic activities of LLC "Roll Grand" in terms of implementing import operations. The subject of the study is organizational and economic relations and mechanisms for adapting the enterprise's import policy to currency risks. The first section reveals the essence of import policy as a systemic set of management decisions regarding the provision of production with resources and its relationship with the financial strategy of the enterprise. The classification of currency risks is systematized, the factors of their occurrence in conditions of martial law and the transition to a regime of managed flexibility of the hryvnia exchange rate are determined. The risk management toolkit is outlined, which includes organizational, operational and financial methods, in particular hedging using derivatives. The second section analyzes the financial and economic condition of LLC "Roll Grand". It was established that the share of imports in the enterprise's income is about 17%, which determines the significant sensitivity of profit to the devaluation of the hryvnia. According to the results of strategic analysis, the priority of strengthening innovations in the production of fittings with the simultaneous development of imports of automation using risk minimization mechanisms was determined. A comprehensive adaptation mechanism was proposed, which involves the implementation of internal currency policy, the use of currency clauses in contracts, the selective use of forwards and the development of natural hedging at the expense of export proceeds. Calculations confirmed that the implementation of these measures allows to significantly reduce potential losses from exchange rate fluctuations and ensure a positive economic effect.
