Удосконалення системи забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки АТ «Укрпошта»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 133 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 27 таблиць, 22 рисунки, 9 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 76 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є процеси удосконалення системи забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства АТ «Укрпошта». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних та прикладних засад, пов’язаних із процесом удосконалення системи забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства. Метою роботи є аналіз теоретико-методичних та організаційних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства. Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та значення фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства; 2) здійснити аналіз організаційно-економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) розробити заходи щодо удосконалення системи забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний, історичний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) запропоновано заходи щодо удосконалення фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства на основі управління бізнес-процесами; 2) запропоновано впровадження заходів оптимізації політики управління капіталом підприємства; 3) запропоновано шляхи удосконалення процесу управління оборотним капіталом підприємства. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо удосконалення системи забезпечення фінансово-економічної безпеки підприємства можуть бути використані в практичній діяльності.

EN : The work is presented on 133 pages of printed text, contains 27 tables, 22 figures, 9 annex. The list of referеnces includes 76 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research are the processes of improving the system for ensuring the financial and economic security of the enterprise JSC «Ukrposhta». The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and applied principles related to the process of improving the system for ensuring the financial and economic security of an enterprise. The purpose of the work is to analyze theoretical, methodological and organizational provisions and develop practical recommendations for improving the system for ensuring the financial and economic security of the enterprise. Tasks: 1) determine the essence and significance of the financial and economic security of the enterprise; 2) analyze the organizational and economic indicators of the enterprise's activities; 3) develop measures to improve the system for ensuring the financial and economic security of the enterprise. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, historical method, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) measures are proposed to improve the financial and economic security of the enterprise based on business process management; 2) the implementation of measures to optimize the enterprise's capital management policy is proposed; 3) ways are proposed to improve the enterprise's working capital management process. Practical significance of the results obtained. Proposals for improving the system for ensuring the financial and economic security of the enterprise can be used in practical activities. The results of the study are aimed at improving the financial and economic security system of the enterprise and can be implemented in the practice of other enterprises. The results of the study can be used by heads of financial departments of enterprises to develop tactical and strategic decisions to improve the financial and economic security system, which will allow optimizing the production, financial and investment activities of the enterprise.
