UA : Актуальність обраної теми обумовлена тим, що житло сьогодні залишається одним з основних місць постійного перебування людини. Як правило, протягом дня людина більшість часу проводить удвох місцях: на роботі та вдома. В сучасних реаліях робота все частіше стає віддаленою і як наслідок кількість часу, що буде проведено в рамках житлового простору збільшується. Не завчаючи, на трансформацію житлового простору в бік його все більшої багатофункціональності важливим є те, що будинок є місцем відновлення тіла та розуму. Центр навколо чого будується все життя людину, відповідно такий простір повинен бути комфортним.

Without forgetting the transformation of living space towards its increasing multifunctionality, it is important that the house is a place of restoration of the body and mind. The center around which the whole life of a person is built, accordingly, such a space should be comfortable.
