Сучасне суспільство характеризується високим рівнем емоційної напруги, що зумовлює зростання інтересу до розвитку емоційного інтелекту, особливо в підлітковому віці. Емоційний інтелект є важливим чинником адаптації особистості, її соціальної взаємодії та психологічного благополуччя. Він визначає здатність людини розпізнавати, розуміти й регулювати власні емоції, а також правильно інтерпретувати почуття інших. У цьому контексті ключову роль відіграють батьківські установки, які впливають на формування емоційної сфери дитини, моделюють її поведінку в міжособистісних стосунках і сприяють розвитку або гальмуванню емоційного інтелекту. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю поглибленого вивчення впливу батьківських установок на розвиток емоційного інтелекту підлітків, оскільки цей період є критичним для формування емоційної саморегуляції та соціальних навичок. У підлітковому віці індивід стикається з низкою психологічних змін, пов’язаних із процесами сепарації від батьків, пошуком власної ідентичності та становленням автономії. У цей час особливо важливими стають стиль виховання, підтримка та зворотний зв’язок із боку батьків, що можуть сприяти гармонійному розвитку емоційного інтелекту або, навпаки, ускладнювати цей процес. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у тому, що визначено вплив батьківських установок на розвиток емоційного інтелекту підлітків, визначено основні закономірності цього процесу та розроблено рекомендацій щодо оптимізації сімейного виховання.

Modern society is characterized by a high level of emotional tension, which causes an increase in interest in the development of emotional intelligence, especially in adolescence. Emotional intelligence is an important factor in the adaptation of the individual, his social interaction and psychological well-being. It determines the ability of a person to recognize, understand and regulate his own emotions, as well as correctly interpret the feelings of others. In this context, parental attitudes play a key role, which influence the formation of the child's emotional sphere, model his behavior in interpersonal relationships and contribute to the development or inhibition of emotional intelligence. The relevance of the study is due to the need for an in-depth study of the influence of parental attitudes on the development of emotional intelligence in adolescents, since this period is critical for the formation of emotional self-regulation and social skills. In adolescence, an individual faces a number of psychological changes associated with the processes of separation from parents, the search for one's own identity and the formation of autonomy. At this time, the style of upbringing, support and feedback from parents become especially important, which can contribute to the harmonious development of emotional intelligence or, conversely, complicate this process. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the fact that the influence of parental attitudes on the development of emotional intelligence in adolescents has been determined, the main patterns of this process have been identified and recommendations have been developed for optimizing family upbringing.
