Забезпечення економічної безпеки ТОВ «ОХОРОННИЙ ХОЛДІНГ- СЛАВУТИЧ»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 112 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 15 таблиць, 6 рисунків, 2 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 60 джерел, з них 6 іноземною мовою. Об’єкт дослідження: економічна безпека підприємства та її складові. Предметом дослідження є методичні підходи та принципи забезпечення економічної безпеки суб’єкта господарювання. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є узагальнення теоретичних положень, дослідження стану та обґрунтування заходів щодо забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства. Завдання: - вивчити теоретико-організаційні основи забезпечення економічної безпеки суб’єктів господарювання; - дослідити закордонний досвід та особливості приватної охоронної діяльності; - проаналізувати фінансово-економічні показники діяльності ТОВ «ОХ-СЛАВУТИЧ»; - оцінити стан складових економічної безпеки підприємства; - запропонувати заходи щодо забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства. Методи досліджень: аналіз і синтез, узагальнення; системний підхід; статистичний метод обробки даних, групування; метод порівняльного аналізу; метод графічного зображення. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) рекомендовано застосування планування (стратегічного та поточного) економічної безпеки на підприємстві; запропоновано заходи щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства; 2) набуло подальшого розвитку тлумачення категорії «економічна безпека підприємства». Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Рекомендовані заходи забезпечення економічної безпеки можуть бути впроваджені в практику роботи суб’єктів господарювання.

EN : The work is presented on 112 pages of printed text, contains 15 tables, 6 figures, 2 annex. The list of referеnces includes 60 sources, 6 of them in foreign languages. The object of research: economic security of the enterprise and its components. The subject of the study Are methodological approaches and principles of ensuring the economic security of a business entity. The purpose of the qualification work is to generalize the theoretical provisions, research the state and justify the measures to ensure the economic security of the enterprise. Tasks:  to study the theoretical and organizational foundations for ensuring the economic security of business entities;  to investigate foreign experience and features of private security activities;  to analyze the financial and economic indicators of the activities of the LLC «OH-SLAVUTYCH»;  to assess the state of the components of the economic security of the enterprise;  to propose measures to ensure the economic security of the enterprise. Methods of research: analysis and synthesis, generalization; systematic approach; statistical method of data processing, grouping; comparative analysis method; graphical representation method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) іt is recommended to use a component of the enterprise management system such as economic security planning, which consists of developing a strategic plan for ensuring the enterprise's economic security, as well as current economic security planning; measures to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise are proposed; 2) acquired further development: The interpretation of the category of «economic security of the enterprise» has been further developed. The results of the study allowed us to determine the theoretical foundations of the economic security of an enterprise, the main methods of ensuring the economic security of an enterprise which can be implemented in the practice of business entities.
