Стратегії масштабування малого бізнесу на прикладі компанії ТОВ «Нова Пошта»

Abstract

UA : Об’єктом дослідження є процес масштабування малого бізнесу. Предметом дослідження – теоретико-методичні засади та практичні механізми реалізації стратегій масштабування підприємств малого бізнесу в сучасних умовах економіки України. Метою роботи є визначення ефективних стратегій масштабування малого бізнесу на прикладі діяльності ТОВ «Нова Пошта» та розроблення рекомендацій щодо їх практичного впровадження. У першому розділі розкрито теоретичні засади масштабування малого бізнесу. Зазначено, що масштабування — це цілеспрямований процес розширення бізнесу, який передбачає оптимізацію бізнес-моделі, автоматизацію процесів, вихід на нові ринки та створення додаткової цінності для клієнтів. Другий розділ присвячено аналізу діяльності ТОВ «Нова Пошта» - одного з найуспішніших прикладів масштабування малого бізнесу в Україні. Визначено основні ризики масштабування - валютні коливання, адаптація до законодавства інших країн, потреба у великих інвестиціях, а також ризики кібербезпеки. Для їх мінімізації пропонується створити антикризову систему управління ризиками, диверсифікувати джерела фінансування, запровадити поетапне розширення за принципом «тестування ринку». Практична цінність роботи полягає у можливості застосування розроблених рекомендацій малими та середніми підприємствами України, що прагнуть масштабувати свою діяльність в умовах високої конкуренції та цифрової трансформації економіки.

EN : The object of the study is the process of small business scaling. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical mechanisms for implementing small business scaling strategies in the modern economic conditions of Ukraine. The purpose of the work is to determine effective strategies for scaling small businesses using the example of Nova Poshta LLC and to develop recommendations for their practical implementation. The first chapter reveals the theoretical foundations of small business scaling. It is noted that scaling is a purposeful process of business expansion, which involves optimizing the business model, automating processes, entering new markets, and creating additional value for customers. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of Nova Poshta LLC - one of the most successful examples of small business scaling in Ukraine. The main scaling risks are identified - currency fluctuations, adaptation to the legislation of other countries, the need for large investments, as well as cybersecurity risks. To minimize them, it is proposed to create an anti-crisis risk management system, diversify sources of financing, and implement phased expansion based on the “market testing” principle. The practical value of the work lies in the possibility of applying the developed recommendations by small and medium-sized enterprises in Ukraine that seek to scale their activities under conditions of high competition and digital transformation of the economy.
