Психологічні особливості прив’язаності у материнсько-дочірніх стосунків

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – психологічна прив’язаність у материнсько-дочірніх стосунках. Проблема психологічної прив’язаності є однією з головних у сучасній психології розвитку, оскільки саме характер ранніх емоційних зв’язків між дитиною та значущим дорослим визначає особливості формування особистості, емоційної регуляції та міжособистісних стосунків упродовж життя. Особливе місце у цій темі посідають материнсько-дочірні стосунки, які мають специфічний вплив на становлення жіночої ідентичності, самооцінки, емоційної близькості та здатності до побудови довірливих відносин у майбутньому. У сучасних соціокультурних умовах, що характеризуються трансформацією сімейних ролей, зростанням психоемоційного навантаження на батьків, зміною стилів виховання та підвищеним рівнем стресу, проблема формування безпечної прив’язаності між матір’ю і донькою набуває особливої актуальності. Недостатня емоційна чутливість, непослідовність у виховних впливах або надмірний контроль з боку матері можуть негативно позначатися на психологічному благополуччі дитини та якості її емоційних зв’язків. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів дослідження полягає у комплексному вивченні психологічних особливостей прив’язаності у материнсько-дочірніх стосунках у сучасних українських сім’ях, визначенні взаємозв’язку між стилем виховання матері та типами прив’язаності дочок, а також у виявленні вікових особливостей формування прив’язаності.

The object of research is psychological attachment in mother-daughter relationships. The problem of psychological attachment is one of the main ones in modern developmental psychology, since it is the nature of early emotional connections between a child and a significant adult that determines the features of personality formation, emotional regulation and interpersonal relationships throughout life. A special place in this topic is occupied by mother-daughter relationships, which have a specific impact on the formation of female identity, self-esteem, emotional closeness and the ability to build trusting relationships in the future. In modern socio-cultural conditions, characterized by the transformation of family roles, the growth of psycho-emotional stress on parents, changes in parenting styles and increased stress levels, the problem of forming a secure attachment between mother and daughter is becoming particularly relevant. Insufficient emotional sensitivity, inconsistency in parenting influences or excessive control on the part of the mother can negatively affect the psychological well-being of the child and the quality of her emotional connections. The scientific novelty of the obtained research results lies in the comprehensive study of the psychological characteristics of attachment in mother-daughter relationships in modern Ukrainian families, the determination of the relationship between the mother's parenting style and the types of attachment of daughters, as well as the identification of age-related features of the formation of attachment.
