Вплив стилю прив’язаності на особливості міжособистісного спілкування у дорослому віці

Об’єкт дослідження – стиль прив’язаності особистості у дорослому віці. У сучасній психології проблема міжособистісного спілкування у дорослому віці набуває особливої значущості, оскільки саме через спілкування людина реалізує потребу в емоційній близькості, підтримці, довірі, прийнятті, саморозкритті та соціальній взаємодії. Якість міжособистісного спілкування впливає на стабільність близьких, сімейних, дружніх і професійних відносин, а також на психологічне благополуччя особистості. У дорослому віці комунікація вже не обмежується простим обміном інформацією, а передбачає здатність до емоційної регуляції, прийняття іншого, збереження особистісних меж, конструктивного розв’язання конфліктів і підтримання довіри в різних типах взаємодії. Водночас якість міжособистісного спілкування не є випадковою. Вона значною мірою пов’язана з глибинними психологічними утвореннями, які формуються в ранньому досвіді взаємодії зі значущими людьми та продовжують впливати на поведінку особистості в дорослому віці. Одним із таких утворень є стиль прив’язаності. Він визначає, як людина сприймає себе у стосунках, наскільки вона довіряє іншим, як реагує на емоційну близькість, дистанцію, критику, конфлікт, потребу в підтримці або ризик відкидання. Наукова новизна полягає у вивченні зв’язку між стилями прив’язаності й особливостями міжособистісного спілкування у дорослому віці, а також у визначенні характерних комунікативних проявів, пов’язаних із надійними та ненадійними типами прив’язаності.

The object of research is the attachment style of an individual in adulthood. In modern psychology, the problem of interpersonal communication in adulthood acquires particular significance, since it is through communication that a person realizes the need for emotional closeness, support, trust, acceptance, self-disclosure and social interaction. The quality of interpersonal communication affects the stability of close, family, friendly and professional relationships, as well as the psychological well-being of the individual. In adulthood, communication is no longer limited to a simple exchange of information, but involves the ability to emotional regulation, acceptance of the other, preservation of personal boundaries, constructive resolution of conflicts and maintenance of trust in various types of interaction. At the same time, the quality of interpersonal communication is not accidental. It is largely associated with deep psychological formations that are formed in the early experience of interaction with significant people and continue to influence the behavior of the individual in adulthood. One of such formations is the attachment style. It determines how a person perceives himself in relationships, how much he trusts others, how he reacts to emotional closeness, distance, criticism, conflict, the need for support or the risk of rejection. The scientific novelty lies in studying the relationship between attachment styles and the features of interpersonal communication in adulthood, as well as in identifying characteristic communicative manifestations associated with reliable and unreliable types of attachment.
