Об'єктом дослідження є психологічні особливості Інтернет-залежних підлітків. Сучасний світ стрімко змінюється під впливом цифрових технологій, які проникають у всі сфери життя людини. Зокрема, інтернет став невід’ємною частиною повсякденного існування, надаючи безмежні можливості для спілкування, навчання та розваг. Особливо чутливо до впливу інтернету реагує підліткова аудиторія, оскільки цей період характеризується активним пошуком соціальних взаємодій, формуванням самоідентичності та емоційною нестабільністю. Однак разом із позитивними можливостями інтернет створює ризики для розвитку залежності, що може мати серйозні психологічні та соціальні наслідки. Підлітки є однією з найбільш вразливих груп щодо формування інтернет-залежності. Це зумовлено специфікою їхнього психологічного розвитку: недостатньо розвиненими навичками самоконтролю, підвищеною емоційною реактивністю та потребою у визнанні з боку однолітків. Підлітки можуть використовувати інтернет для уникнення труднощів реального життя, пошуку соціальної підтримки або отримання швидкого задоволення, що сприяє формуванню залежності. Наукова новизна полягає в комплексному аналізі взаємодії таких факторів, як самооцінка, емоційна регуляція, соціальна ізоляція та розвиток адиктивної поведінки в умовах постійного використання цифрових технологій.

The object of the study is the psychological characteristics of Internet-addicted adolescents. The modern world is rapidly changing under the influence of digital technologies that penetrate all spheres of human life. In particular, the Internet has become an integral part of everyday life, providing unlimited opportunities for communication, learning and entertainment. The teenage audience reacts especially sensitively to the influence of the Internet, since this period is characterized by an active search for social interactions, the formation of self-identity and emotional instability. However, along with positive opportunities, the Internet creates risks for the development of addiction, which can have serious psychological and social consequences. Teenagers are one of the most vulnerable groups in terms of the formation of Internet addiction. This is due to the specifics of their psychological development: insufficiently developed self-control skills, increased emotional reactivity and the need for recognition from peers. Adolescents may use the Internet to escape real-life difficulties, seek social support, or get instant gratification, which contributes to the formation of addiction. The scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive analysis of the interaction of factors such as self-esteem, emotional regulation, social isolation, and the development of addictive behavior in conditions of constant use of digital technologies.
