Проект будівництва дошкільного центру розвитку в м. Дніпро

Abstract

UA : У проекті представлені такі основні розділи: архітектурно-будівельний, розрахунково-конструктивний, технологія зведення будівель, організація будівельного виробництва, економіка будівництва, охорона праці. В архітектурній частині було визначено об’ємно-планувальне рішення будівлі, виконано теплотехнічний розрахунок стіни та покриття. У конструктивній частині виконано розрахунок фундаментів. У організаційно технологічної частини була розроблена технологічна карта на монтаж перекриття та покриття плит будівлі, для цього було розроблено калькуляцію трудових витрат, схему виконання та графік робіт. У розділі організація будівельного виробництва розраховано сітьовий графік для визначення тривалості будівельних робіт, розроблено майданчик з розташуванням складів і тимчасових будівель. В розділі економіка будівництва виконано розрахунок кошторисної вартості будівництва у вигляді локального кошторису на загальнобудівельні роботи. Виконано розрахунок об'єктного кошторису та зведеного кошторисного розрахунку.

EN : The project presents the following main sections: architectural and construction, calculation and construction, technology of building construction, organization of construction production, construction economics, labor protection. In the architectural part, the volumetric and planning solution of the building was determined, a heat-technical calculation of the wall and coating was performed. In the constructive part, the calculation of the foundations was performed. In the organizational and technological part, a technological map for the installation of the ceiling and coating of the building slabs was developed, for this purpose, a calculation of labor costs, a schedule of work and a schedule of work were developed. In the section on the organization of construction production, a network schedule was calculated to determine the duration of construction work, a site with the location of warehouses and temporary buildings was developed. In the section on construction economics, the estimated cost of construction was calculated in the form of a local estimate for general construction work. The calculation of the object estimate and the consolidated estimate calculation were performed.
