Лідерський потенціал особистості як чинник успішності професійного навчання

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – успішність професійного навчання студентської молоді. В сучасних умовах розвитку суспільства, що характеризуються динамічними соціально-економічними трансформаціями, глобалізаційними процесами та підвищенням конкуренції на ринку праці, особливого значення набуває проблема підготовки конкурентоспроможних фахівців. Сучасна система вищої освіти орієнтується не лише на засвоєння студентами професійних знань, умінь і навичок, але й на формування особистості, здатної до саморозвитку, самореалізації, ефективної взаємодії в соціальному середовищі та прийняття відповідальних рішень. У цьому контексті важливу роль відіграє лідерський потенціал особистості як інтегративна психологічна характеристика, що забезпечує успішність навчальної та подальшої професійної діяльності. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що теоретично уточнено зміст лідерського потенціалу особистості як інтегративного психологічного утворення, що включає мотиваційний, комунікативний, організаторський та особистісно-регулятивний компоненти і виступає важливим ресурсом професійного навчання студентів; емпірично встановлено наявність статистично значущого взаємозв’язку між рівнем розвитку лідерського потенціалу студентів та показниками успішності професійного навчання; визначено, що найбільш тісний зв’язок з успішністю професійного навчання мають такі складові лідерського потенціалу, як мотивація досягнення успіху, комунікативні та організаторські здібності; виявлено психологічні особливості студентів із різним рівнем розвитку лідерського потенціалу, які проявляються у відмінностях навчальної мотивації, активності в освітньому процесі та академічній успішності.

The object of the study is the success of professional training of student youth. In modern conditions of development of society, characterized by dynamic socio-economic transformations, globalization processes and increased competition in the labor market, the problem of training competitive specialists is of particular importance. The modern system of higher education is focused not only on the acquisition of professional knowledge, skills and abilities by students, but also on the formation of a personality capable of self-development, self-realization, effective interaction in the social environment and making responsible decisions. In this context, the leadership potential of the individual plays an important role as an integrative psychological characteristic that ensures the success of educational and further professional activities. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that the content of the leadership potential of an individual as an integrative psychological formation, which includes motivational, communicative, organizational and personal-regulatory components and acts as an important resource for students' professional training, has been theoretically clarified; the presence of a statistically significant relationship between the level of development of students' leadership potential and indicators of professional training success has been empirically established; it has been determined that the closest connection with the success of professional training is had by such components of leadership potential as motivation to achieve success, communicative and organizational skills; the psychological characteristics of students with different levels of leadership potential development have been identified, which are manifested in differences in learning motivation, activity in the educational process and academic success.
