Профілактика професійного вигорання персоналу пенітенціарних установ України

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 80 сторінках, друкованого тексту, 4 таблиці, 3 рисунки. Перелік посилань включає 68 джерел. Oб’єкт дoслiджeння: професійне вигорання персоналу пенітенціарних установ. Однією із прикладних сфер у суспільній системі є пенітенціарна система. Дотримання прав людини у правовій та соціальній державі визнається однією із цінностей розвинутої країни. На сьогодні відбувається подальше реформування пенітенціарної системи України, яке здійснюється шляхом впровадження в практику кримінально-виконавчих установ міжнародного досвіду пенітенціарної діяльності та вимог європейських стандартів у сфері виконання покарань. Реалізація поставлених цілей та завдань неможлива без людей, які працюють у цій системі, а їхня роль є визначальною. В’язничні установи повинні мати достатню кількість кваліфікованих працівників та належним чином керуватися підходами до забезпечення їх психологічного благополуччя. І тому, проблема професійного вигорання серед персоналу пенітенціарних установ України посідає одне з провідних місць. А питання профілактики професійного вигорання персоналу пенітенціарних установ залишається актуальною та потребує залучення зусиль всіх відповідальних осіб, а також уваги наукової спільноти до усіх факторів, що мають свій вплив на психічне здоров’я та психологічне благополуччя. Важлими у цьому є врахувння специфічності середовища професійної діяльності пенітенціарної системи, яке характеризується наявністю протиріч, ризиків та невизначеності при виконанні службових обов’язків персоналу пенітенціарних установ видається таким, що потребує особливого дослідження з метою реалізації державної політики у сфері виконання покарань. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у теоретичному узагальненні сучасних психологічних підходів до проблеми професійного вигорання персоналу пенітенціарних установ, а також у розробленні програми психологічної профілактики професійного вигорання з урахуванням специфіки професійної діяльності в пенітенціарній системі України.

One of the applied areas in the social system is the penitentiary system. Respect for human rights in a legal and social state is recognized as one of the values of a developed country. Today, further reform of the penitentiary system of Ukraine is underway, which is carried out by implementing international experience of penitentiary activity and the requirements of European standards in the field of execution of sentences into the practice of penal institutions. The implementation of the set goals and objectives is impossible without people working in this system, and their role is decisive. Penitentiary institutions must have a sufficient number of qualified employees and be properly guided by approaches to ensuring their psychological well-being. And therefore, the problem of professional burnout among the personnel of penitentiary institutions of Ukraine occupies one of the leading places. And the issue of prevention of professional burnout of the personnel of penitentiary institutions remains relevant and requires the involvement of all responsible persons, as well as the attention of the scientific community to all factors that have an impact on mental health and psychological well-being. Important in this is the consideration of the specificity of the environment of professional activity of the penitentiary system, which is characterized by the presence of contradictions, risks and uncertainty in the performance of official duties of the personnel of penitentiary institutions, which appears to require special research in order to implement state policy in the field of execution of sentences. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the theoretical generalization of modern psychological approaches to the problem of professional burnout of the personnel of penitentiary institutions, as well as in the development of a program of psychological prevention of professional burnout taking into account the specifics of professional activity in the penitentiary system of Ukraine.
