Взаємозв’язок локусу контролю та резильєнтності комбатантів

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 74 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 7 таблиць, 6 рисунків, 3 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 56 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – феномен резильєнтності психіки. З початком повномаштабної війни в Україні проблема збереження та відновлення ментального здоров’я вийшла на передній план у сфері наукових інтересів сьогодення. Фокус уваги психологічних досліджень направлений на особистісні ресурси, які впливають на актуалізацію різноманітних властивостей особистості в несприятливих умовах життєдіяльності. Проблема резильєнтності як спроможності протистояти стресам та виявляти психічну стійкість є достатньо розробленою у зарубіжній психології. Зарубіжні дослідження цього психологічного феномену почалися у 1970-ті роки на дітях із психічними розладами. У 1980–90-х роках було проведено багато досліджень серед дітей, які незважаючи на важкі стресогенні обставини життя, проявляють психологічну пружність та зберігають здорове ментальне функціонування. У 2000-х роках почались дослідження феномену резильєнтності серед інших груп населення, включаючи дорослих, літніх людей та різні етнічні групи, які перебувають у несприятливих умовах. Практичне значення одержаних результатів полягає в тому, що в роботі здійснено комплексне дослідження особливостей взаємозв’язку локусу контролю та рівня резильєнтності психіки військовослужбовців-комбатантів Збройних Сил України у психологічно напружених ситуаціях, а саме в зоні бойових дій. Виявлені психологічні внутрішні та зовнішні складові конструкту резильєнтності на вибірці військовослужбовців-комбатантів Збройних Сил України. Уточнено об’єктивні та суб’єктивні фактори, що обумовлюють рівень резильєнтності та дістало подальшого розвитку знання про можливі шляхи оптимізації цього психологічного феномену саме серед військовослужбовців-комбатантів Збройних Сил України.

EN : The work is presented on 74 pages of printed text, contains 7 tables, 6 figures, 3 appendices. The list of references includes 56 sources. The object of the study is the phenomenon of mental resilience. With the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, the problem of preserving and restoring mental health has come to the forefront in the field of scientific interests of today. The focus of psychological research is directed at personal resources that affect the actualization of various personality properties in adverse living conditions. The problem of resilience as the ability to withstand stress and demonstrate mental stability is sufficiently developed in foreign psychology. Foreign studies of this psychological phenomenon began in the 1970s on children with mental disorders. In the 1980s–90s, many studies were conducted among children who, despite difficult stressful life circumstances, demonstrate psychological resilience and maintain healthy mental functioning. In the 2000s, research into the phenomenon of resilience began among other population groups, including adults, the elderly, and various ethnic groups living in adverse conditions. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the fact that the work carried out a comprehensive study of the features of the relationship between the locus of control and the level of resilience of the psyche of combatants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in psychologically stressful situations, namely in the combat zone. The psychological internal and external components of the resilience construct were identified in a sample of combatants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The objective and subjective factors determining the level of resilience were clarified and knowledge about possible ways to optimize this psychological phenomenon among combatants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was further developed.
