Управління фінансовими ризиками у компаніях в умовах економічної нестабільності

Abstract

UA : Метою роботи є розробка теоретичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення системи управління фінансовими ризиками підприємства в умовах економічної нестабільності та підвищення його фінансової стійкості. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління фінансовими ризиками підприємства, а предметом – теоретичні та практичні аспекти формування ефективної системи ризик-менеджменту. У роботі розкрито сутність і види фінансових ризиків, проаналізовано сучасні підходи до управління ризиками у міжнародній практиці, досліджено особливості їх прояву у сфері зовнішньоекономічної діяльності. Проведено організаційно-економічну характеристику діяльності ТОВ «Розетка.УА», визначено ключові фінансові ризики компанії, здійснено їх класифікацію та оцінку впливу зовнішніх і внутрішніх факторів. Запропоновано комплексну стратегію управління фінансовими ризиками, що базується на поєднанні фінансових, страхових і цифрових інструментів. Розроблено інвестиційний проєкт із підвищення технічного захисту даних, який передбачає впровадження сучасних систем кібербезпеки. Розраховано його економічну ефективність: загальна сума інвестицій - 6,5 млн грн, період окупності - менше двох років, внутрішня норма прибутковості (IRR) - близько 40 %. Практичне значення результатів полягає у можливості їх використання для підвищення фінансової стабільності підприємств сфери електронної комерції, зокрема у частині цифрового ризик-менеджменту та формування стійкої системи управління фінансовими ризиками.

EN : The purpose of the thesis is to develop theoretical and practical recommendations for improving the financial risk management system of an enterprise under conditions of economic instability and to enhance its financial resilience. The object of the study is the process of financial risk management of an enterprise, while the subject is the theoretical and practical aspects of forming an effective risk management system. The thesis reveals the essence and types of financial risks, analyzes modern approaches to risk management in international practice, and examines the specific features of risk manifestation in the field of foreign economic activity. The study provides an organizational and economic analysis of LLC “Rozetka.UA”, identifies the company’s key financial risks, classifies them, and assesses the influence of internal and external factors. A comprehensive financial risk management strategy has been proposed, based on a combination of financial, insurance, and digital tools. An investment project aimed at improving technical data protection has been developed, which includes the implementation of advanced cybersecurity systems. Its economic efficiency has been calculated: the total investment amount is UAH 6.5 million, the payback period is less than two years, and the internal rate of return (IRR) is approximately 40%. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of their application to strengthen the financial stability of e-commerce enterprises, particularly in the field of digital risk management and the formation of a sustainable financial risk management system.
