Інформаційно-психологічна стійкість суб’єктів публічного права

Abstract

Об'єкт дослідження: інформаційно-психологічна стійкість особистості. Актуальність дослідження теми зумовлена сукупністю сучасних суспільно-політичних, правових та безпекових чинників та пояснюється тим, що в сучасних реаліях в Україні суб’єкти публічного права є пріоритетними цілями інформаційно-психологічного впливу, оскільки в першу чергу на них покладено обов’язок щодо збереження державного суверенітету та незалежності. Дезінформація, маніпуляції, психологічний тиск, фейки та інформаційні атаки спрямовані на дестабілізацію управлінських рішень, підрив довіри до державних інститутів, формування дезорінтованої або деморалізованої поведінки фахівців у сфері публічного права. Особлива актуальність дослідження інформаційно-психологічної стійкості суб’єктів публічного права обґрунтовується необхідністю: захисту фахівців у сфері публічного права від деструктивних інформаційних впливів, професійного вигорання, деформації управлінської поведінки, підвищення ефективності діяльності органів влади та забезпечення стабільності демократичного розвитку суспільства. Поєднання функцій, які належать до повноважень фахівців у сфері публічного права зі стресовими факторами в умовах криз, воєнних загроз, особливо в умовах гібридної війни та інформаційної турбулентності створює унікальну психологічну ситуацію, що потребує спеціального наукового осмислення. Наукова новизна полягає у дослідженні інформаційно-психологічної стійкості фахівців у сфері публічного права, удосконаленні методичного інструментарію діагностики та системи психологічних рекомендацій щодо розвитку інформаційно-психологічної стійкості під час кризових ситуацій.

The object of research: informational and psychological stability of the individual. The relevance of the research topic is due to the combination of modern socio-political, legal and security factors and is explained by the fact that in modern realities in Ukraine, subjects of public law are priority targets of informational and psychological influence, since they are primarily responsible for preserving state sovereignty and independence. Disinformation, manipulation, psychological pressure, fakes and information attacks are aimed at destabilizing management decisions, undermining trust in state institutions, and forming disoriented or demoralized behavior of specialists in the field of public law. The particular relevance of the study of the information and psychological stability of public law subjects is justified by the need to: protect specialists in the field of public law from destructive information influences, professional burnout, deformation of managerial behavior, increase the efficiency of government activities and ensure the stability of the democratic development of society. The combination of functions that fall within the powers of specialists in the field of public law with stress factors in conditions of crises, military threats, especially in conditions of hybrid warfare and information turbulence creates a unique psychological situation that requires special scientific understanding. The scientific novelty lies in the study of the information and psychological stability of specialists in the field of public law, the improvement of the methodological tools of diagnostics and the system of psychological recommendations for the development of information and psychological stability during crisis situations.
