Нове будівництво багатоповерхової житлової будівлі у м. Запоріжжя

Abstract

UA : В архітектурній частині було визначено об’ємно-планувальне рішення будівлі, виконано теплотехнічний розрахунок стіни покриття. В розділі фундаментів проведений аналіз складу основи і палі з ростверками, що окремо стоять, з монолітного залізобетону і стрічковий з монолітного залізобетону. Згідно з технологією зведення будівель розглядаються варіанти можли-вого зведення каркасу будівлі, для цього було розроблено калькуляцію трудових витрат і схему виконання робіт, а також календарний графік робіт. У розділі організація будівельного виробництва розраховано сітьовий графік для визначення тривалості будівельних робіт, розроблено майданчик під будівництво житлової будівлі з розташуванням складів і тимчасових будівель. В розділі економіка будівництва виконано розрахунок кошторисної вар-тості будівництва у вигляді локального кошторису на загальнобудівельні роботи.

EN : The project presents the following main sections: architectural and construction, design and construction - foundations, building construction technology, organization of construction production, construction economics. In the architectural part, the volumetric planning solution of the building was determined, the thermal calculation of the wall covering was performed. In the foundations section, an analysis of the composition of the foundation and piles with free-standing grillages made of monolithic reinforced concrete and strip made of monolithic reinforced concrete was carried out. According to the technology of building construction, options for the possible construction of the building frame are considered, for this purpose a calculation of labor costs and a scheme of work, as well as a calendar schedule of work were developed. In the section organization of construction production, a network schedule is calculated to determine the duration of construction work, a site for the construction of a residential building with the location of warehouses and temporary buildings is developed. In the section of construction economics, the calculation of the estimated cost of construction in the form of a local estimate for general construction works is performed.
