Самосприйняття є однією з ключових психологічних складових особистісного розвитку, яка впливає на формування самооцінки, емоційної стабільності та соціальної адаптації підлітка. У підлітковому віці самосприйняття стає особливо важливим через інтенсивний розвиток особистості та формування ідентичності. Аперцепція, як процес інтеграції нового досвіду на основі попередніх знань, переконань і емоційних установок, відіграє важливу роль у цьому процесі. Проте, незважаючи на значний інтерес до дослідження самосприйняття у психології, аперцептивні процеси, що впливають на його формування, залишаються недостатньо вивченими, особливо в підлітковому віці. Значущість теми дослідження підкреслюється тим, що аперцептивні механізми можуть сприяти як адекватному, так і викривленому сприйняттю себе, що має вирішальне значення для психологічного здоров’я підлітків. У сучасних умовах, коли підлітки стикаються з численними соціальними викликами, виникає необхідність розробки методів корекції цих процесів, що зробить можливим гармонійний розвиток особистості та поліпшення соціальної взаємодії. У даній роботі досліджуються аперцептивні механізми самосприйняття підлітків, що дає можливість не лише глибше зрозуміти природу цього феномену, але й розробити рекомендації для психологічної корекції викривлень у самосприйнятті. Наукова новизна полягає в комплексному аналізі впливу аперцептивних процесів на самосприйняття підлітків та розробці психокорекційних рекомендацій, які можуть бути використані для покращення самосприйняття.

Self-perception is one of the key psychological components of personal development, which affects the formation of self-esteem, emotional stability and social adaptation of a teenager. In adolescence, self-perception becomes especially important due to the intensive development of the personality and the formation of identity. Apperception, as the process of integrating new experience based on previous knowledge, beliefs and emotional attitudes, plays an important role in this process. However, despite the significant interest in the study of self-perception in psychology, the apperceptive processes that influence its formation remain insufficiently studied, especially in adolescence. The significance of the research topic is emphasized by the fact that apperceptive mechanisms can contribute to both adequate and distorted self-perception, which is of crucial importance for the psychological health of adolescents. In modern conditions, when adolescents face numerous social challenges, there is a need to develop methods for correcting these processes, which will make it possible to harmoniously develop the personality and improve social interaction. This work investigates the apperceptive mechanisms of adolescents' self-perception, which makes it possible not only to understand the nature of this phenomenon more deeply, but also to develop recommendations for psychological correction of distortions in self-perception. The scientific novelty lies in the comprehensive analysis of the influence of apperceptive processes on adolescents' self-perception and the development of psychocorrectional recommendations that can be used to improve self-perception.
