Роль прибутковості в забезпечення економічної безпеки в ТОВ СП «НІБУЛОН» умовах нестабільності

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 104 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 16 таблиць, 20 рисунків, 4 додатки. Перелік посилань включає 70 джерел, з них 20 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження процес управління прибутковістю як основною складовою економічної безпеки. Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних, методичних та практичних аспектів формування та реалізації прибутковості, з урахуванням впливу цифровізації виробничих та управлінських процесів. Метою роботи є подальший розвиток теоретичних положень та удосконалення методичних і практичних рекомендацій щодо ефективного управління прибутковістю підприємства, для збереження економічної безпеки. Завдання: розкрити сутність поняття «управління прибутковістю та рентабельністю підприємства»; дослідити особливості впровадження цифрових технологій на підприємстві ТОВ СП «НІБУЛОН»; сформувати та обґрунтувати практичні рекомендації щодо напрямків вдосконалення управління прибутковістю для підтримки та збереження економічної безпеки підприємства Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) отримав подальший розвиток алгоритм оцінки прибутковості 2) запропоновані напрями інтеграції «цифрових двійників» з іншими цифровими інструментами 3) розроблено напрями стратегії впровадження цифрових технологій для покращення прибутковості та підтримки економічної безпеки. Висновки, дослідження та запропоновані методичні рекомендації можуть бути використані в роботі підприємства.

EN : The work is presented on 104 pages of printed text, contains 34 tables, 18 figures, 8 annex. The list of referеnces includes 73 sources, 20 of them in foreign languages. The object of the study is the process of profitability management as the main component of economic security. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the formation and implementation of profitability as a key factor in the economic security of an agricultural enterprise, taking into account the impact of digitalization of production and management processes. The purpose of the work is to further develop theoretical provisions and improve methodological and practical recommendations for effective management of enterprise profitability based on digitalization, to preserve economic security and support it in the long term. Tasks: to reveal the essence of the concept of «profitability and profitability management of an enterprise»; to investigate the features of the implementation of digital technologies at the enterprise of LLC SP «NIBULON»; to formulate and substantiate practical recommendations on areas for improving profitability management to support and preserve the economic security of the enterprise Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) the profitability assessment algorithm was further developed; 2) directions for integrating "digital twins" with other digital tools were proposed; 3) directions for the strategy for implementing digital technologies to improve profitability and support economic security were developed. The practical significance of this work, conclusions, research, and proposed methodological recommendations can be used as methodological support and as a means of improving the activities of agricultural enterprises, as consulting and information materials for managers of agricultural business enterprises.
