Загально-клінічні показники крові та сечі у вагітних жінок із залізодефіцитною анемією

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 60 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 4 таблиці, 1 рисунок. Перелік посилань включає 58 джерела. Об’єкт дослідження – сеча та капілярна кров вагітних жінок. Мета роботи – комплексне дослідження загально-клінічних показників крові та сечі у вагітних жінок із залізодефіцитною анемією – мешканок м. Світловодськ, у І, ІІ та ІІІ триместрах вагітності. Методи дослідження – гематологічні, загально-клінічні та статистичні. Встановлено, що у вагітних із ЗДА, яка прогресує протягом вагітності, про що свідчить достовірне зниження гемоглобіну та гематокриту, посилена системна запальна реакція (високі СЯН і ШОЕ) та зростають тромбоцити. В урологічному аспекті найвищий ризик інфекції сечовивідних шляхів (бактеріурія, лейкоцитурія) фіксується у II–III триместрах, вираженість патології злущування епітелію максимальна у I та III триместрах, що вказує на періоди найбільшого імунного та морфологічного напруження. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у тому, що вперше здійснено комплексне динамічне вивчення та детальний аналіз змін загально-клінічних показників крові та сечі у вагітних жінок – мешканок м. Світловодськ, протягом усіх трьох триместрів гестації. Значимість роботи – pезультати дослiдження пошиpюють уявлення пpо загально-клінічні показники крові та сечі у вагітних жінок у І, ІІ та ІІІ триместрах – мешканок м. Світловодськ. Отримані результати можуть бути використані в жіночих консультаціях для своєчасного попередження ускладнень у вагітних жінок, породіль та дітей у ранньому віці.

EN : The work is presented on 60 pages of printed text, contains 4 tables and 1 figures. The list of references includes 58 sources. The object of study is the urine and capillary blood of pregnant women. The goal of the work is a comprehensive study of the general clinical indicators of blood and urine in pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia - residents of the city of Svitlovods’k - during the I, II, and III trimesters of pregnancy. The research methods include hematological, general clinical, and statistical methods. It was established that in pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia that progresses throughout pregnancy, as evidenced by a significant decrease in hemoglobin and hematocrit, there is an intensified systemic inflammatory reaction (high SEGS and ESR) and an increase in platelets. In the urological aspect, the highest risk of urinary tract infection (bacteriuria, leukocyturia) is recorded in the II–III trimesters. The severity of epithelial exfoliation pathology is maximal in the I and III trimesters, indicating periods of greatest immune and morphological stress. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the fact that, for the first time, a comprehensive dynamic study and detailed analysis of changes in the general clinical indicators of blood and urine in pregnant women - residents of Svitlovods’k - was performed throughout all three trimesters of gestation. The significance of the work is that the research results expand the understanding of the general clinical indicators of blood and urine in pregnant women in the I, II, and III trimesters - residents of the city of Svitlovods’k. The obtained results can be used in antenatal clinics for the timely prevention of complications in pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and children in early life.
