Abstract

Питання страхів у дітей старшого дошкільного віку є особливо важливим, оскільки саме цей віковий період відрізняється ускладненням системи вимог до дитини, до її рефлексивних здібностей та інших психічних якостей. Нова соціальна ситуація розвитку в цей період багато в чому стає стресовою, що зумовлює появу психічної напруженості у дошкільнят. На сьогоднішній день спостерігається тенденція до збільшення кількості дітей дошкільного віку з ознаками агресивності, тривожності, емоційної нестабільності, соціально-психологічної дезадаптації, що в майбутньому може призвести до значних порушень у становленні особистості. Дитячі страхи в тій або іншій мірі обумовлені віковими особливостями і мають тимчасовий характер. Однак ті дитячі страхи, які зберігаються тривалий час і важко переживаються дитиною, говорить про нервову ослабленість дитини, неправильну поведінку батьків, конфліктних відносинах в сім’ї і в цілому, є ознакою неблагополуччя. Більшість причин, як зазначають психологи, лежать в області сімейних відносин, таких як потурання, непослідовність у вихованні, негативне або занадто вимогливе ставлення до дитини. Наукова новизна дослідження полягають у тому, що: визначено причини та механізми формування страхів у хлопчиків і дівчаток старшого дошкільного віку; набуло подальшого розвитку вивчення особливостей використання методів і методик арт-терапії у роботі з дітьми дошкільного віку.

The issue of fears in children of older preschool age is particularly important, since this age period is characterized by the complexity of the system of requirements for the child, for his reflective abilities and other mental qualities. The new social situation of development during this period becomes stressful in many ways, which leads to the appearance of mental tension in preschoolers. Today, there is a tendency to increase the number of preschool children with signs of aggressiveness, anxiety, emotional instability, social and psychological maladjustment, which in the future may lead to significant violations in the formation of the personality. Children's fears to one degree or another are caused by age characteristics and are temporary in nature. However, those children's fears, which persist for a long time and are difficult for the child to experience, indicate the child's nervous weakness, improper behavior of the parents, conflict relations in the family and in general, are a sign of trouble. Most of the reasons, as noted by psychologists, lie in the area of family relations, such as indulgence, inconsistency in upbringing, negative or too demanding attitude towards the child. The scientific novelty of the research is that: the causes and mechanisms of fear formation in boys and girls of older preschool age are determined; the study of the peculiarities of the use of methods and techniques of art therapy in working with children of preschool age has gained further development.
