N : The aim of the research is to analyze the features of online counseling in social work with adolescents and to determine ways to optimize and improve this technology. The object of the study is social work with adolescents in the context of the digitalization of social services. The subject of the study is online counseling as a modern technology of social work with adolescents. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, systematization, the historical method, content analysis of organizations' open materials, and case analysis of online counseling practices. The hypothesis of the study states that remote forms of social assistance are more adaptive to the needs of adolescents during crisis periods as they reduce psychological barriers (shame, fear of evaluation) by providing a high degree of privacy and client control over the communication process. Conclusions: 1. Adaptability and Accessibility: Online counseling is an effective social work technology that minimizes adolescents' psychological barriers (shame, fear of evaluation) by ensuring a high level of privacy and anonymity. 2. Multi-level Service Model: The most effective model for the adolescent audience is one that combines quick low-threshold entry into support ("peer-to-peer") with subsequent professional specialized assistance for complex cases. 3. Professional Quality Requirements: The effectiveness of digital support depends on the implementation of clear case routing, adherence to ethical safeguarding standards, and mandatory supervisory support for counselors.uk
