Актуальність дослідження професійної відповідальності майбутніх дипломатів зумовлена вимогами світового та національного ринку праці, оскільки успішна реалізація зовнішньополітичної стратегії держави значною мірою залежить від компетентності фахівців у цій сфері. Формування висококваліфікованого кадрового резерву в галузі міжнародних відносин є стратегічним завданням, що сприяє зміцненню позицій країни на світовій арені, розвитку дипломатичних зв’язків і забезпеченню національних інтересів. Підвищення ефективності роботи майбутніх дипломатів можливе завдяки їхньому усвідомленню відповідальності за прийняття рішень, ведення переговорів та захист міжнародного іміджу держави. Для фахівців у сфері зовнішньої політики професійна відповідальність має особливе значення, оскільки їхня діяльність пов’язана з веденням міжнародних переговорів, розробкою дипломатичних стратегій, антикризовим управлінням та дотриманням міжнародних норм і етикету. Високий рівень відповідальності забезпечує здатність дипломатів діяти в умовах геополітичної нестабільності, враховувати політичні, економічні та культурні аспекти міжнародної взаємодії. Наукова новизна тa тeoрeтичнe знaчeння дoслiджeння пoлягaють у тoму, щo: емпірично дoслiджeнo особливості професійної відповідальності здобувачів спеціальності «Зовнішня політика»; розроблено структурну модель професійної відповідальності фахівців зовнішньополітичної сфери; розширено, утoчнeнo та доповнено дослідження таких психологічних явищ: відповідальна поведінка, локус контролю, усвідомлення особистої відповідальності; нaбулo пoдaльшoгo рoзвитку вивчeння структурної організації та змістовного наповнення професійної відповідальності.

The relevance of the study of the professional responsibility of future diplomats is due to the requirements of the global and national labor market, since the successful implementation of the state's foreign policy strategy largely depends on the competence of specialists in this field. The formation of a highly qualified personnel reserve in the field of international relations is a strategic task that contributes to strengthening the country's positions on the world stage, developing diplomatic ties and ensuring national interests. Increasing the efficiency of the work of future diplomats is possible due to their awareness of responsibility for decision-making, negotiations and protecting the international image of the state. For specialists in the field of foreign policy, professional responsibility is of particular importance, since their activities are related to conducting international negotiations, developing diplomatic strategies, anti-crisis management and compliance with international norms and etiquette. A high level of responsibility ensures the ability of diplomats to act in conditions of geopolitical instability, to take into account the political, economic and cultural aspects of international interaction. The scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the research lie in the fact that: the features of professional responsibility of applicants for the specialty "Foreign Policy" have been empirically studied; a structural model of professional responsibility of specialists in the foreign policy sphere has been developed; research into the following psychological phenomena has been expanded, refined and supplemented: responsible behavior, locus of control, awareness of personal responsibility; the study of the structural organization and substantive content of professional responsibility has been further developed.
