Оцінка впливу характеристик агломерату на процес доменної плавки

Abstract

UA : Метою роботи є аналіз формування доменної шихти та доменного процесу. В роботі показано, що для конкретних умов роботи печі (якість і газопроникність шихти, її розподіл по перетину та колу печі, стан профілю, кількість і склад дуття, шлаковий режим та ін.) існує оптимальний розподіл газів по перетину печі. Вивчені особливості структурно-хімічного складу агломерату, механізми процесу спікання агломерату. Встановлено раціональні температурно-часові режими та газодинамічні механізми проведення спікання. Визначено особливості механізмів спікання та умови рівномірного розподілу хімічного складу за висотою пирога. Встановлено вплив температури на формування властивостей агломерату та режими доменного процесу.

EN : The work demonstrates that under specific operating conditions of the furnace (burden quality and gas permeability, its distribution across the furnace cross-section and circumference, profile condition, blast volume and composition, slag regime, etc.), there exists an optimal distribution of gases across the furnace cross-section. The structural and chemical composition of the sinter and the mechanisms of the sintering process have been studied. Rational temperature–time regimes and gas-dynamic mechanisms of sintering have been established. The peculiarities of sintering mechanisms and the conditions for uniform distribution of chemical composition along the sinter cake height have been determined. The influence of temperature on the formation of sinter properties and on the regimes of the blast furnace process has been identified.
