Особливості вегетативного розмноження декоративних хвойних рослин

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота бакалавра містить 46 сторінки, 5 рисунків та 2 таблиці, було використано 38 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – процеси регенерації та ризогенезу стеблових живців декоративних хвойних рослин. Предмет дослідження – особливості калюсоутворення, утворення та розвитку кореневої системи живців Thuja occidentalis ‘Smaragd’ та Juniperus sabina. Мета кваліфікаційної роботи – вивчення біологічних особливостей вегетативного розмноження декоративних хвойних рослин, які поширені в Україні. Методи дослідження – польові та виробничі спостереження, експериментальний метод, морфологічний аналіз кореневої системи, біометричні вимірювання, статистична обробка результатів та порівняльний аналіз ефективності способів стимуляції ризогенезу. Наукова новизна дипломної роботи полягає у вивченні особливостей вегетативного розмноження декоративних хвойних рослин, визначенні найбільш ефективних способів їх укорінення при живцюванні та в уточненні ефективності різних способів застосування індолілмасляної кислоти (у формі препарату «Корневін») для стимулювання коренеутворення у живців туї західної ‘Smaragd’ та ялівцю козацького. Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає у можливості використання запропонованих елементів технології в декоративних розсадниках для підвищення виходу стандартного посадкового матеріалу, скорочення строків вирощування саджанців та зменшення виробничих втрат при розмноженні важковкорінюваних хвойних порід.

EN : The bachelor’s qualification thesis consists of 46 pages, includes 5 figures and 2 tables and is based on the analysis of 38 scientific sources. The object of the study is the processes of regeneration and rhizogenesis of stem cuttings of ornamental coniferous plants. The subject of the study is the features of callus formation, initiation, and development of the root system of cuttings of Thuja occidentalis ‘Smaragd’ and Juniperus sabina under different methods. The aim of the qualification thesis is to study the biological characteristics of vegetative propagation of ornamental coniferous plants. Research methods include field and production observations, experimental methods, morphological analysis of the root system, biometric measurements, statistical data processing, and comparative analysis of the effectiveness of different rhizogenesis stimulation methods. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the clarification of the effectiveness of various methods of applying indole–3–butyric acid (in the form of the preparation “Kornevin”) to stimulate root formation in cuttings of western thuja ‘Smaragd’ and Cossack juniper under the conditions of the Central Forest–Steppe of Ukraine, as well as in a comprehensive assessment not only of rooting percentage but also of the quality of the formed root system. The practical significance of the obtained results consists in the possibility of applying the proposed technological elements in ornamental nurseries to increase the yield of standard planting material, reduce cultivation time, and minimize production losses during the propagation of hard–to–root coniferous species.
