Abstract

UA : Об'єкт дослідження – потенціал закладу вищої освіти як система ресурсів та механізмів, що забезпечують ефективність його функціонування та розвитку. Предмет дослідження – чинники, що впливають на розвиток потенціалу закладу вищої освіти, їх взаємозв’язки та механізми управління, спрямовані на покращення ефективності освітньої, наукової та інноваційної діяльності університету. Мета дослідження – комплексний аналіз чинників, що впливають на потенціал закладу вищої освіти, визначення основних напрямків його розвитку, удосконалення управлінських рішень та впровадження ефективних механізмів забезпечення конкурентоспроможності університету в сучасному освітньому просторі. Методи дослідження: аналіз, синтез, емпіричні дослідження. Специфіка роботи полягає у вирішенні наступних основних завдань: проаналізувати теоретико-методологічні основи оцінки потенціалу закладу вищої освіти; виявити ключові чинники, що впливають на ефективність функціонування університету, зокрема кадрові, наукові, фінансові, інноваційні та міжнародні аспекти; оцінити динаміку змін у структурі та ресурсному забезпеченні університету; визначити роль міжнародного співробітництва та академічної мобільності у розширенні можливостей закладу вищої освіти; розглянути вплив цифрових технологій та інформаційних систем на якість освітнього процесу; запропонувати рекомендації щодо удосконалення механізмів управління потенціалом університету та підвищення його конкурентоспроможності.

UA : The object of the study is the potential of a higher education institution as a system of resources and mechanisms that ensure the effectiveness of its functioning and development. The subject of the study is factors that influence the development of the potential of a higher education institution, their relationships and management mechanisms aimed at improving the effectiveness of the educational, scientific and innovative activities of the university. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of factors that influence the potential of a higher education institution, determining the main directions of its development, improving management decisions and implementing effective mechanisms for ensuring the competitiveness of the university in the modern educational space. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, empirical research. The specifics of the work consists in solving the following main tasks: to analyze the theoretical and methodological foundations of assessing the potential of a higher education institution; identify key factors that affect the effectiveness of the university's functioning, in particular personnel, scientific, financial, innovative and international aspects; assess the dynamics of changes in the structure and resource provision of the university; determine the role of international cooperation and academic mobility in expanding the capabilities of a higher education institution; consider the impact of digital technologies and information systems on the quality of the educational process; offer recommendations for improving the mechanisms for managing the university's potential and increasing its competitiveness.
