Удосконалення системи економічної безпеки з метою підвищення ефективності функціонування підприємства АТ «Південний гірничо-збагачувальний комбінат»

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 127 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 28 таблиць, 22 рисунки, 6 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 75 джерел, з них 5 іноземною мовою. Об’єктом дослідження є організаційно-економічні процеси удосконалення системи економічної безпеки підприємства АТ «Південний гірничо-збагачувальний комбінат». Предметом дослідження є сукупність теоретичних засад та прикладних проблем, пов’язаних із організацією процесу удосконалення системи економічної безпеки підприємства з метою підвищення ефективності його функціонування. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є аналіз та поглиблення теоретико-методологічних засад і розроблення практичних рекомендацій щодо удосконалення системи економічної безпеки на підприємстві АТ «Південний гірничо-збагачувальний комбінат». Завдання: 1) визначити сутність та значення системи економічної безпеки підприємства; 2) здійснити аналіз організаційно-економічних показників діяльності підприємства; 3) розробити заходи щодо удосконалення системи економічної безпеки підприємства. Методи досліджень: діалектичний метод пізнання, системний, комплексний та структурно-функціональний підхід, кількісний аналіз, методи дедукції та індукції, аналізу та синтезу, логічний метод. Одержані результати та їх новизна: 1) запропоновано шляхи удосконалення системи економічної безпеки підприємства; 2) запропоновано заходи мотивації песоналу підприємства; 3) запропоновано заходи адаптивного управління підприємством. Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Пропозиції щодо удосконалення системи економічної безпеки підприємства можуть бути використані в його практичній діяльності.

EN : The work is presented on 127 pages of printed text, contains 28 tables, 22 figures, 6 annex. The list of referеnces includes 75 sources, 5 of them in foreign languages. The object of the research is the organizational and economic processes of improving the system of economic security of JSC «Southern Mining and Processing Plant». The subject of the study is a set of theoretical foundations and applied problems related to the organization of the process of improving the enterprise’s economic security system in order to increase the efficiency of its functioning. The purpose of the qualification work is the analysis and deepening of the theoretical and methodological principles and the development of practical recommendations for improving the economic security system at the JSC «Southern Mining and Processing Plant». Tasks: 1) determine the essence and significance of the enterprise’s economic security system; 2) analyze the organizational and economic indicators of the enterprise; 3) develop measures to improve the enterprise’s economic security system. Methods of research: a systematic approach to the study of economic events and processes. During research performance scientific methods of cognition were used: methods of induction and deduction, terminological analysis and comparison, calculation methods, theoretical generalization; cause-effect relationship methods, abstract-logical method and logical method. The results obtained and their novelty: 1) ways of improving the economic security system of the enterprise are proposed; 2) measures to motivate the company’s personnel are proposed; 3) measures of adaptive management of the enterprise are proposed. Practical significance of the obtained results. Proposals for improving the economic security system of the enterprise can be used in its practical activities. The results of the study are aimed at evaluating the enterprise’s economic security system and ensuring its improvement in order to increase the efficiency of the enterprise’s functioning and can be implemented in the practice of other enterprises. The results of the study can be used by the heads of financial departments of enterprises to develop tactical and strategic solutions for improving the system of economic security of the enterprise, including financial and personnel security.
