Особливості зв’язку страху невдачі та рівня самооцінки апліканта в умовах зміні роботи

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 63 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 2 таблиці, 7 рисунків, 5 додатків. Перелік посилань включає 47 джерел. Об’єкт дослідження – страх невдачі апліканта в умовах зміни роботи. Умови сучасного ринку праці вирізняються надзвичайною динамікою та підвищеними вимогами, що вимагає від працівників постійної гнучкості, здатності до швидкої адаптації, готовності до професійних трансформацій і перегляду кар’єрних орієнтирів. У цьому контексті значну роль відіграє страх зазнати невдачі – психологічне явище, яке особливо гостро переживається особами, що змінюють місце праці або переходять до нової галузі. Відчуття тривоги, сумніви у власній компетентності, страх не виправдати сподівань роботодавця або не подолати етапи відбору можуть істотно знижувати рівень внутрішньої мотивації та ускладнювати процес самопрезентації під час пошуку роботи. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена тим, що в умовах постійних соціальних, економічних і технологічних змін, психологічні аспекти професійного самовизначення та страху перед змінами залишаються одними з найменш досліджених, хоча значущих для успішної соціалізації та професійного розвитку дорослої особистості. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в тому, що узагальнено сучасні підходи до визначення поняття «страх невдачі» та визначено психологічні особливості страху невдачі в умовах зміни роботи в ситуації повномасштабної війни в Україні; розширено уявлення про самооцінку як чинник страху апліканта в умовах зміни роботи.

The object of the study is the applicant's fear of failure in the conditions of a job change. The conditions of the modern labor market are distinguished by extreme dynamics and increased requirements, which require employees to be constantly flexible, able to quickly adapt, ready for professional transformations and review career guidelines. In this context, the fear of failure plays a significant role - a psychological phenomenon that is especially acutely experienced by people who change jobs or move to a new industry. Feelings of anxiety, doubts about one's own competence, fear of not meeting the employer's expectations or not overcoming the selection stages can significantly reduce the level of internal motivation and complicate the process of self-presentation during the job search. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the conditions of constant social, economic and technological changes, the psychological aspects of professional self-determination and fear of change remain among the least studied, although significant for the successful socialization and professional development of an adult personality. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that it summarizes modern approaches to defining the concept of "fear of failure" and identifies the psychological features of the fear of failure in the conditions of changing jobs in a situation of full-scale war in Ukraine; the idea of self-esteem as a factor of the applicant's fear in the conditions of changing jobs is expanded.
