Abstract

UA : Актуальність даної роботи полягає в тому, що на сьогоднішній день геополітична ситуація у світі перебуває у стані постійної трансформації, свого поширення набувають нові тренди та різні непередбачувані курси. Ці зміни можуть призвести до появи нових геополітичних викликів, зміни структури міжнародної системи та перерозподілу сил та впливу між країнами. XXI сторіччя, не відрізняється стабільністю, а навпаки ускладнює ситуацію, додаючи все нових викликів світовому співтовариству. Причиною є невизначеність світоустрою, відсутність стабільності відносин, тривалі війни та інші сучасні фактори. Так, на сьогодні своєї популярності набуває вплив штучного інтелекту та цифровізації. Впливовий характер інформаційного сектору обумовлений його глобальними можливостями та відповідно масованим характером. На думку багатьох експертів, саме інформаційно-технологічний прогрес на сьогодні мають вагому вагу на формування геополітичних трендів. Навіть традиційний географічний чинник, формування світової геополітики на сьогодні відіграє меншу роль, чим інформаційно-технологічний напрямок розвитку. Поява таких напрямків як інформаційна політика, цифрова економіка, гібридні війні, прямо чи опосередковано пов’язані зі збільшення впливу ІТ сектору на формування геополітичних трендів. Відповідно, інформаційний напрямком потребує особливої уваги під час дослідження трансформації геополітичних трендів XXI ст.. Особливої уваги потребує і питання невизначеності геополітичних відносин між такими ключовими світовими акторами як США, Китай, Європейський Союз та ін. Саме американсько-китайські відносини на сьогодні визначають ключові геополітичні тренди. Але у умовах потенційної багатополярності, на увагу заслуговує і Європа, у своїй боротьбі за лідерство, поступово збільшується вага Глобального Півдня, та і рф не зважаючи на складне геополітичне положення не втрачає геополітичних амбіцій, та продовжує впливати на формування геополітичних трендів сучасності. Трансформація сучасних геополітичних трендів на разі обумовлена і непростою ситуацією на Близькому Сході, та глобальним впливом російсько-української війни. В контексті загального розуміння непростої геополітичної ситуації відповідно виникає запит на дослідження ключових геополітичних трендів XXI ст. Проблемна ситуація дослідження, обумовлена тим, що формування та трансформація геополітичних трендів залежить від багатьох факторів та чинників, і об’єктивно осягнути вплив кожного майже неможливо. Бо поява того чи іншого геополітичного тренду обумовлена взаємозв’язком з низкою факторів, і їх дослідження вказує на співзалежний характер. Дана ситуація здебільшого обумовлена відсутністю стабільного співіснування, спільного розуміння подальшого розвитку, та геополітичними амбіціями ключових геополітичних акторів. На сьогодні саме геополітичні тренди та їх трансформація демонструють як багато проблем на сьогодні має світове співтовариство. А вирішення даних проблем та викликів (війни, тероризм, голод, кліматичні зміни і т.д.) здебільшого саме залежать від провідних акторів, та їх геополітичних амбіцій.

EN : The relevance of this work lies in the fact that today the geopolitical situation in the world is in a state of constant transformation, new trends and various unpredictable courses are gaining their spread. These changes can lead to the emergence of new geopolitical challenges, changes in the structure of the international system and the redistribution of forces and influence between countries. The 21st century is not characterized by stability, but on the contrary, complicates the situation, adding new challenges to the world community. The reason is the uncertainty of the world order, the lack of stability of relations, long wars and other modern factors. Thus, today the influence of artificial intelligence and digitalization is gaining popularity. The influential nature of the information sector is due to its global capabilities and, accordingly, massive nature. According to many experts, it is information and technological progress that today has a significant impact on the formation of geopolitical trends. Even the traditional geographical factor, the formation of world geopolitics, today plays a smaller role than the information and technological direction of development. The emergence of such areas as information policy, digital economy, hybrid wars, are directly or indirectly related to the increasing influence of the IT sector on the formation of geopolitical trends. Accordingly, the information area requires special attention when studying the transformation of geopolitical trends of the 21st century. The issue of the uncertainty of geopolitical relations between such key global actors as the USA, China, the European Union, etc. also requires special attention. It is the US-China relations that currently determine the key geopolitical trends. But in the conditions of potential multipolarity, Europe also deserves attention, in its struggle for leadership, the weight of the Global South is gradually increasing, and the Russian Federation, despite its difficult geopolitical situation, does not lose its geopolitical ambitions and continues to influence the formation of geopolitical trends of our time. The transformation of modern geopolitical trends is currently due to both the difficult situation in the Middle East and the global impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war. In the context of a general understanding of the difficult geopolitical situation, there is a demand for research into key geopolitical trends of the 21st century. The problematic situation of the study is due to the fact that the formation and transformation of geopolitical trends depends on many factors and factors, and it is almost impossible to objectively understand the influence of each. Because the emergence of a particular geopolitical trend is due to the relationship with a number of factors, and their study indicates a codependent nature. This situation is largely due to the lack of stable coexistence, a common understanding of further development, and the geopolitical ambitions of key geopolitical actors. Today, it is geopolitical trends and their transformation that demonstrate how many problems the world community has today. And the solution to these problems and challenges (wars, terrorism, hunger, climate change, etc.) largely depends on the leading actors and their geopolitical ambitions.
