Особливості сучасних уявлень про аб’юзні міжособистісні стосунки

Abstract

Об’єкт дослідження – аб’юзні міжособистісні стосунки як психологічний феномен соціальної взаємодії. У сучасних соціокультурних умовах проблема аб’юзивних міжособистісних стосунків набуває особливої значущості, оскільки торкається фундаментальних аспектів людської взаємодії, а саме поваги, довіри, емпатії та особистісної свободи. Зростання рівня психологічної, емоційної та економічної напруги, спричинене воєнними подіями, соціальною нестабільністю та трансформацією гендерних ролей, сприяє поширенню деструктивних моделей поведінки у сімейних і партнерських відносинах. Це зумовлює потребу глибокого аналізу того, як саме сучасна людина сприймає поняття аб’юзу, які форми насильницької поведінки вважає допустимими, а які неприйнятними. Особливого значення набуває вивчення уявлень про аб’юз як системи знань, оцінок і переконань, що визначають реакції особистості на прояви контролю, маніпуляцій чи психологічного тиску у стосунках. У сучасному інформаційному просторі тема аб’юзу активно обговорюється, однак нерідко втрачає наукову точність: поняття спрощуються, підмінюються побутовими тлумаченнями або емоційними оцінками. Така ситуація створює ризик формування поверхневого, спотвореного розуміння явища, коли суспільство не розрізняє межу між конфліктом, психологічним насильством і здоровою асертивною поведінкою. В українському суспільстві уявлення про аб’юзивні стосунки залишаються амбівалентними. З одного боку, зростає рівень поінформованості, підтримується ідея недопустимості будь-яких форм насильства; з іншого, значна частина населення все ще демонструє толерантність до емоційного чи економічного контролю, виправдовує ревнощі або домінування партнера як «нормальні» прояви любові. Такі суперечливі уявлення формуються під впливом традиційних сімейних цінностей, релігійних установок, соціальних стереотипів та недостатньої психологічної освіти. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у поглибленні теоретичних уявлень про феномен аб’юзивних міжособистісних стосунків та виявленні психологічних особливостей їх сприйняття у сучасному українському суспільстві. Розроблено психологічну програму просвіти, спрямовану на підвищення рівня обізнаності населення щодо аб’юзивних проявів, розвиток навичок розпізнавання деструктивних моделей поведінки та формування готовності до побудови здорових, рівноправних і безпечних стосунків.

The object of the study is abusive interpersonal relationships as a psychological phenomenon of social interaction. In modern sociocultural conditions, the problem of abusive interpersonal relationships acquires particular significance, since it affects the fundamental aspects of human interaction, namely respect, trust, empathy and personal freedom. The increase in the level of psychological, emotional and economic tension caused by military events, social instability and the transformation of gender roles contributes to the spread of destructive models of behavior in family and partnership relationships. This necessitates a deep analysis of how exactly a modern person perceives the concept of abuse, which forms of violent behavior he considers acceptable and which are unacceptable. Of particular importance is the study of perceptions of abuse as a system of knowledge, assessments and beliefs that determine the individual's reactions to manifestations of control, manipulation or psychological pressure in relationships. In the modern information space, the topic of abuse is actively discussed, but often loses scientific accuracy: concepts are simplified, replaced by everyday interpretations or emotional assessments. This situation creates the risk of forming a superficial, distorted understanding of the phenomenon, when society does not distinguish between conflict, psychological violence and healthy assertive behavior. In Ukrainian society, perceptions of abusive relationships remain ambivalent. On the one hand, the level of awareness is growing, the idea of the inadmissibility of any forms of violence is supported; on the other hand, a significant part of the population still demonstrates tolerance for emotional or economic control, justifying jealousy or dominance of a partner as "normal" manifestations of love. Such contradictory ideas are formed under the influence of traditional family values, religious attitudes, social stereotypes and insufficient psychological education. The scientific novelty of the work lies in deepening theoretical ideas about the phenomenon of abusive interpersonal relationships and identifying the psychological features of their perception in modern Ukrainian society. A psychological education program has been developed, aimed at increasing the level of public awareness of abusive manifestations, developing skills in recognizing destructive behavior patterns and forming readiness to build healthy, equal and safe relationships.
