Стратегія адміністрування бізнесу в сфері переробки побутових відходів

Abstract

UA : Актуальність теми «Стратегія адміністрування бізнесу в сфері переробки побутових відходів» зумовлена стратегічною важливістю галузі переробки побутових та промислових відходів для економічного та екологічного відновлення України в цілому та важливих промислових регіонів країни, шляхом впровадження нових технологій переробки відходів в тому числі із використанням нових технологій управління підприємствами з переробки та адміністрування бізнес-процесів. Другий аспект роботи - операційний, тобто такий, що передбачає оптимізацію координаційної діяльності управляючого підприємства, розглядаючи технологічний механізм функціонування останнього. Оскільки тема роботи та науковий її напрям це екологічний менеджмент, розглянемо її проблематику у контексті – менеджменту та роботи вищої ланки управління підприємством у режимі адміністрування прцесів , тобто – ефективно та за обмеженими природними ресурсами. Мета роботи – сформулювати ефективний механізм управління побутовими та промисловими відходами з прямою вигодою для місцевих громад та управління потоками. Обʼєктом дослідження є діяльність з управління промисловими та побутовими відходами. Предметом дослідження є адміністративна діяльність з управління промисловими та побутовими відходами. В роботі відображається сама сутність діяльності з адміністрування побутовими та промисловими відходами на рівні адміністративних одиниць та органів місцевого самоврядування, комунальних підприємств та місцевих громад.

EN : The relevance of the topic "Business Administration Strategy in the Field of Household Waste Processing" is due to the strategic importance of the household and industrial waste processing industry for the economic and environmental recovery of Ukraine as a whole and important industrial regions of the country, through the implementation of new waste processing technologies, including the use of new technologies for managing enterprises for processing and administering business processes. The second aspect of the work is operational, that is, one that involves optimizing the coordination activities of the managing enterprise, considering the technological mechanism of the latter's functioning. Since the topic of the work and its scientific direction is environmental management, we will consider its issues in the context of management and work of the top management of the enterprise in the process administration mode, that is, effectively and with limited natural resources. The purpose of the work is to formulate an effective mechanism for managing household and industrial waste with direct benefits for local communities and flow management. The object of the study is the activity of managing industrial and household waste. The subject of the study is administrative activities for the management of industrial and domestic waste. The work reflects the very essence of the activities for the administration of domestic and industrial waste at the level of administrative units and local government bodies, municipal enterprises and local communities.
