Адміністрування SEO-менеджменту в управлінні підприємством галузі машинобудування

Abstract

UA : Актуальність теми «Адміністрування SEO-менеджменту в управлінні підприємством галузі машинобудування» зумовлена стратегічною важливістю галузі машинобудування та важкої промисловості для українських підприємств, встановлення нових звʼязків в структурі управління підприємством та використання природних переваг місцевого підприємства, що визначається специфічними потребами ринку, сукупністю факторів та засобі виробництва, які знаходяться в регіоні тощо. Другий – операційний, тобто такий, що передбачає оптимізацію координаційної діяльності генерального директора підприємства, розглядаючи інституційний механізм функціонування останнього. Оскільки тема роботи та науковий її напрям все ж – менеджмент, розглянемо її проблематику у контексті – менеджменту та роботи вищої ланки управління підприємством. Режимі адміністрування, тобто – ефективно та за обмеженими ресурсами. Мета роботи – сформулювати ефективний механізм управління підприємством та виконання функцій СЕО – генерального директора в умовах управлінської кризі. Обʼєктом дослідження є діяльність СЕО-менеджменту промислового підприємства. Предметом дослідження є адміністративна діяльність СЕО-менеджера. В роботі відображається сама сутність діяльності дирекції підприємства та її специфіка умовах обмеженості ресурсів, кризовому менеджменті тощо, фактори впливу на таку діяльність, методи її оптимізації.

EN : The relevance of the topic "Administration of SEO-management in the management of an enterprise in the mechanical engineering industry" is due to the strategic importance of the mechanical engineering industry and heavy industry for Ukrainian enterprises, the establishment of new connections in the structure of enterprise management and the use of natural advantages of a local enterprise, which is determined by the specific needs of the market, the set of factors and means of production located in the region, etc. The second is operational, that is, one that involves optimizing the coordination activities of the general director of the enterprise, considering the institutional mechanism of the latter's functioning. Since the topic of the work and its scientific direction are still management, we will consider its problems in the context of management and the work of the top management of the enterprise. The administration regime, that is, effectively and with limited resources. The purpose of the work is to formulate an effective mechanism for managing the enterprise and performing the functions of the CEO - general director in conditions of a management crisis. The object of the study is the activity of the CEO management of an industrial enterprise. The subject of the study is the administrative activity of the CEO-manager. The work reflects the very essence of the activities of the enterprise's management and its specifics in conditions of limited resources, crisis management, etc., factors influencing such activities, methods of its optimization.
