Abstract

Об’єктом дослідження є самореалізація особистості як психологічний феномен. В сучасності проблема самореалізації особистості набуває все більшої актуальності у зв’язку з економічними, соціальними, культурними та навіть політичними змінами, що висувають підвищенні вимоги до автономності, активності та відповідальності людей за власний життєвий шлях. Гендерна ідентичність – є одним з чинників, що впливають напряму на мотивацію самореалізації. Сучасна психологія розглядає поняття «гендер» не тільки як соціально побудовану систему ролей і очікувань, але й як важливу складову самосвідомості особистості, що впливає на вибір життєвих цілей, рівень потреб, стиль поведінки та мотивацію досягнення. У даному контексті гендерна ідентичність має змогу як сприяти, так і обмежувати процес самореалізації особистості, зумовлюючи специфіку мотиваційних стратегій. Теоретична значимість дослідження полягає у поглибленні наукових уявлень про психологічні чинники мотивації самореалізації особистості в контексті гендерної ідентичності.

In modern times, the problem of self-realization of the individual is becoming increasingly relevant due to economic, social, cultural and even political changes that put forward increased demands for autonomy, activity and responsibility of people for their own life path. Gender identity is one of the factors that directly affect the motivation for self-realization. Modern psychology considers the concept of "gender" not only as a socially constructed system of roles and expectations, but also as an important component of the self-consciousness of the individual, which affects the choice of life goals, the level of needs, style of behavior and motivation for achievement. In this context, gender identity can both promote and limit the process of self-realization of the individual, determining the specificity of motivational strategies. The theoretical significance of the study lies in deepening scientific ideas about the psychological factors motivating the self-realization of an individual in the context of gender identity.
