Abstract

Актуальність проблеми дослідження соціально-психологічних умов розвитку «soft skills» управлінців обумовлена викликами сучасності щодо розвитку стійкості особистості до тривалих та виснажливих хронічних стресів, впливу стресогенних факторів на особистість. Значущість уваги до розвитку «soft skills» неодноразово підкреслювалась як теоретиками в області психології управління та менеджменту, так і практиками, які мають справу безпосередньо з рекрутингом, навчанням та супроводом персоналу. Важливість гнучких навичок для сучасного спеціаліста є незаперечною, незалежно від профілю та сфери роботи. В умовах воєнного стану, управлінці пристосовуються до нових реалій, відновлюються, акумулюють зусилля під впливом стресу та досягають результатів. Це визначає розвиток соціально-психологічних умов розвитку «soft skills» управлінців на рівні територіальної громади, які сприятимуть підвищенню ефективності діяльності та опануванню новими інструментами управління. Психологічна підтримка розширення можливостей управлінців надає додаткові особистісні ресурси для отримання необхідних результатів покращення життєдіяльності громад в умовах військових конфліктів. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у тому, що визначено вплив сформованої стресостійкості на прийняття рішень управлінців територіальної громади в зоні бойових дій.

The relevance of the problem of studying the socio-psychological conditions for the development of “soft skills” of managers is due to the challenges of modernity in terms of developing the individual’s resistance to prolonged and exhausting chronic stresses, the influence of stress factors on the personality. The importance of attention to the development of “soft skills” has been repeatedly emphasized by both theorists in the field of management psychology and management, and practitioners who deal directly with recruiting, training and supporting personnel. The importance of flexible skills for a modern specialist is undeniable, regardless of the profile and field of work. In conditions of martial law, managers adapt to new realities, recover, accumulate efforts under the influence of stress and achieve results. This determines the development of socio-psychological conditions for the development of "soft skills" of managers at the level of the territorial community, which will contribute to increasing the efficiency of activities and mastering new management tools. Psychological support for expanding the capabilities of managers provides additional personal resources to obtain the necessary results for improving the life of communities in conditions of military conflicts. The scientific novelty of the study is that the influence of the formed stress resistance on decision-making of managers of the territorial community in the combat zone has been determined.
