Особливості готельної індустрії Туреччини

Abstract

UA : Кваліфікаційна робота – 52 сторінок, 49 літературних джерел. Мета – дослідити особливості готельної індустрії Туреччини. У відповідності до поставленої мети передбачається виконання таких завдань: • вивчити теоретичний аспект проблеми розвитку готельного бізнесу в Туреччині; • визначити стан, готельного бізнесу в Туреччині ; • схарактеризувати особливості діяльності мережі готелів Maxx Royal Resort. Об’єкт дослідження: готельна індустрія Туреччини. Предмет дослідження: особливості розвитку готельної індустрії туреччини Методи дослідження: теоретичний аналіз літературних джерел, узагальнення, систематизація, зіставлення різних поглядів на досліджувану проблему, з’ясування сучасного стану розробленості проблеми. Основна частина роботи присвячена дослідженню особливостей готельної індустрії Туреччини, еволюції розвитку та поточного стану індустрії гостинності.

EN : Qualification work – 52 pages, 49 literary sources. The goal is to investigate the peculiarities of the hotel industry in Turkey. In accordance with the set goal, the following tasks are expected to be performed: • to study the theoretical aspect of the problem of hotel business development in Turkey; • determine the state of the hotel business in Turkey; • characterize the peculiarities of the Maxx Royal Resort hotel network. The object of the study: the hotel industry of Turkey. The subject of the study: peculiarities of the development of the hotel industry in Turkey Research methods: theoretical analysis of literary sources, generalization, systematization, comparison of different views on the investigated problem, clarification of the current state of development of the problem. The main part of the work is dedicated to the study of the peculiarities of the hotel industry in Turkey, the evolution of development and the current state of the hospitality industry.
