Ризик-менеджмент в системі бізнес-процесів логістичного підприємства «Нова Пошта»

Abstract

UA : Робота виконана на актуальну тему, описує основні проблеми управління ризиками підприємства галузі логістики, що має велике значення для відновлення та розвитку сучасної економіки, особливо – у воєнний та у поствоєнний період часу. Метою роботи є опис проблем управління ризиками та способи їх вирішення методами сучасного ризик-менеджменту. Для досягнення мети дослідження необхідно вирішити низку завдань: - узагальнити понятійний апарат управління ризиками, сформувати правильну методику рішення проблеми управління ризиками; - проаналізувати стан підприємства, галузь та сформулювати його проблеми, що виникли під час війни; - знайти шлях до рішення проблем організаційною структурою вихід із проблемної ситуації методами менеджменту. У роботі описуються понятійно-категоріальний апарат структури ризиків, що використовується в описі проблематики організаційної структури підприємства, методи та прийоми ризик-менеджменту, які передбачають відновлення ефективним способом. У другому розділі описується обʼєкт дослідження – відповідне промислове підприємствота машинобудівна галузь, відкритий ринок, що є середовищем для функціонування даного бізнесу, сферу діяльності, яка представляє інтерес дослідника, виявляється проблема та спосіб її вирішення методами менеджменту.

EN : The work is performed on a topical topic, describes the main problems of the management of a modern enterprise in the field of mechanical engineering, which is of great importance for the recovery and development of the modern economy, especially in the wartime and, possibly and certainly in the postwar period. The purpose of the work is to describe the financial sphere of the enterprise, to find problems and ways of solving them using modern financial management methods. To achieve the goal of the research, it is necessary to solve a number of tasks: - generalize the conceptual apparatus, form the correct methodology for solving the problem; - analyze the enterprise. industry and formulate its problems; - to find a way to solve such problems and a way out of a problematic situation. The first chapter describes the conceptual and categorical apparatus used in the description of the issues of the thesis, methods and techniques of management, which provide for solving the problem in an effective way. The second chapter describes the object of research - the relevant enterprise and the machine-building industry, the open market, which is the environment for the functioning of this business, the field of activity that represents the researcher's interest, the identified problem and the way to solve it by management methods. The work uses general scientific and special research methods, the topic is revealed consistently and logically, according to the plan.
