Фізіолого-біохімічні показники крові у військовослужбовців при гастриті

Abstract

UA : Робота викладена на 83 сторінках друкованого тексту, містить 9 таблиць та 10 рисунків. Перелік посилань включає 60 джерел. Об’єктом дослідження була кров військовослужбовців з гастритом. Метою роботи було дослідження взаємозв’язку між гематологічними показниками та психоемоційним станом у військовослужбовців при гастриті. Методи дослідження – лабораторні, інструментальні, психофізіологічні. В результаті дослідження було виявлено, що більшість військовослужбовців перебувають у стані психологічної напруги та мають високий рівень тривожності, системні зміни крові (характерні для запальних процесів і анемічних станів), виражені морфо-функціональні зміни слизової оболонки шлунку, асоційовані з інфекцією Helicobacter pylori, ознаки порушення секреторної та травної шлунково-кишкового тракту. Частота патологічних змін за більшістю показників свідчить про тісний взаємозв’язок між хронічним стресовим навантаженням військовослужбовців та виникненням гастриту. Новизна роботи полягає в тому, що вперше проведено комплексний аналіз взаємозв’язку між гематологічними змінами та рівнем стресу у військовослужбовців з гастритом. Значущість роботи – поглиблено наукові знання про патогенетичні механізми змін гематологічних показників у військовослужбовців при гастриті, з урахуванням впливу стресових чинників військової служби. Отримані результати можуть бути використані у практиці військовомедичних закладів для оцінки стану здоров’я особового складу, планування профілактичних заходів і розробки програм психологічної та медичної реабілітації військовослужбовців із гастритом й стати основою для подальших наукових досліджень.

The object of the study was the blood of military personnel with gastritis. The purpose of the work was to study the relationship between hematological indicators and the psycho-emotional state of military personnel with gastritis. Research methods - laboratory, instrumental, psychophysiological. As a result of the study, it was found that most military personnel are in a state of psychological stress and have a high level of anxiety. Against the background of such a psycho-emotional state, most of the subjects have systemic changes in the blood, characteristic of inflammatory processes and anemic states; pronounced morpho-functional changes in the gastric mucosa associated with Helicobacter pylori infection; signs of disruption of the secretory and digestive gastrointestinal tract. The frequency of pathological changes in most indicators indicates a close relationship between chronic stress in military personnel and the occurrence of gastritis. The novelty of the work lies in the fact that for the first time a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between hematological changes and the level of stress in military personnel with gastritis has been conducted. The significance of the work is that scientific knowledge about the pathogenetic mechanisms of changes in hematological indicators in military personnel with gastritis has been deepened, taking into account the influence of stress factors of military service. The results obtained can be used in the practice of military medical institutions to assess the health of personnel, plan preventive measures and develop programs for psychological and medical rehabilitation of military personnel with gastritis and become the basis for further scientific research.
